Combined with a reduced seam silhouette, the Elite II continues to lead the market in technological innovation.

HIGHLIGHTS • “Feels like air” was one of the first comments we received on the suit. The Elite is that light and that soft. Yes.

• Glued and Blindstitched seams • 100% sealed with P-Skin

• Zirconium Carbide yarns are used for the first time in a wetsuit. Zirconium Carbide yarns absorb heat radiated from the body and slowly release it over time. • Eco-friendly Bioflex, made of bamboo and charcoal comprise of 50% of the Elite II’s inner jersey. Bioflex is not only made of natural materials, it is inherently anti-bacterial and anti-odor. • S5 construction - The entire suit is constructed with the finest Japanese neoprene made of limestone. The S5 has a hydrophobic Titanium Alloy coating which is 95% water impermeable therefore it sheds off more water and quicker. It also has a 23% higher closed cell ratio that keeps you warmer by providing the maximum wind chill protection.

For 2010 we focused on adding features to differentiate the zealot in the area of extreme weather protection. The zealot is available in either a double-lined (flex) or hybrid (mesh top, flex lower) option. We now use matrix mesh, the revolutionary neoprene with a 3d matrix of air chambers which traps heat and keeps you warm. Also for the inner lining we use bamboo charcoal for its inherent anti-microbial and anti-odor properties.

ZIRCONIUM Zirconium is made from hollow yarns which have zirconium carbide particles added to the core. It has the ability to absorb and convert sunlight into heat in addition to reflecting heat. It is one of the fastest drying,lightweight insulators today.

Limestone based neoprene from Yamamoto Corporation, Japan. The smooth closed cell neoprene has a unique coating that makes it 95% water impermeable compare to 70% of the normal petroleum based neoprene, therefore it sheds off more water and quicker. Also compared to the standard petroleum based neoprene, S5 has a 23% higher closed cell ratio that keeps you warmer by providing the maximum wind chill protection.

An ultra-lightweight inner lining comprised of a series of tubular, hollow yarns. The Heatlock effectively traps and stores body heat within the cavity of the yarn, keeping you warmer and drier. An insulating, hollow fiber lining that effectively traps and reflects body heat.

Prydeâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s proprietary seam sealant made of polyurethane. Stretchier and thinner than any other seam sealant on the market.

GLUED AND BLINDSTITCHED (GBL) SEAMS An efficient, water-tight seam created through a triple gluing process in conjunction with a blind stitch that does not fully penetrate the rubber. The technique allows precise curved seams and facilitates a snug, anatomically correct fit.

REINFORCED CROTCH A durable layer of latex reinforcement that resists harness wear.

FLATLOCK SEAMS A strong durable self-locking stitch that is comfortable against the skin. The flatlock seam is water permeable implying the technique is generally used in warm water suits.

SCS WRIST SEALS Form a waterproof seal and prevent sleeves from riding up.
