THIS IS OUR SCHOOL IN CARRETERIA
This is one of my favourite places in the world!!! Carretería… We invite you to have a look to our Primary School and learn something new about this small town in the north of the Canary Islands. These are some of the tasks we´ve been preparing at school during January, specially for PEACE DAY Most people have listened something about the Canary Islands, of course. You know our climate. Scientists say, it is the best in the world… We are in a small village near Moya. That´s it. !You´ve get it.! If you have a problem use google maps, please. This is a nice place with a nice weather, but don´t forget a sweater, during winter time. THIS SUMMARY IS MADE WITH THE HELP OF 3RD CYCLE STUDENTS. THANKS, Nela

Here, we are in the fourth level class. It´s the first day we use the paint: Students have watched a video first (blog) and now in pairs they are investigating how to use this program, with the idea of creating a final product about PEACE. In this case they have chosen the DOVE. Here we pay special attention to: - Cooperative learning and teaching.

Integral tasks as much as possible. Simplify the task into smaller steps in order to reduce frustration and they can introduce think-aloud, questions and direct instructions in English and ask for help when it is necessary.
