With border restrictions gone, the market has opened up to in-person inspections from interstate buyers and the sense of urgency has noticeably waned. There has also been a gradual increase in properties coming on to the market as owners are anxious to capitalise on strong sellers’ conditions, which may be reaching their peak.

Confidence in the overall robustness of key regional lifestyle markets such as Noosa and the appeal of our temperate climate, relative affordability by comparison to Sydney and Melbourne, and close proximity to a major state capital is still a strong drawcard.
