Since 1985s, the residential project are expand to the north which are provide numbers of housing and a hotel. From 1995 to today, the pattern are gradually expand to south part and near by the Nim Shue Wan village even to 2020s. For their development, this will never benefit to the community and they will damage the nature environment. Since the expanded development are carried on, the developer just keep increasing the quantity of residential and gain the profits. Program list

EXISTING FARM WITH PROPOSED SITE AREA.
CREATE A NEW CONNECTION BETWEEN NIM SHUE WAN AND DBAY.
DESCRIPTION OF THE “MOVEMENT” INSIDE THE BUILDING AND BRING THE VISITOR TO THE NATURE.

Community Kitchen and Delievry Programs Created also connecting the entrance. The interlocking space becomming a connection area with the fram.
Agriculture Programs beside the entrance and connected to Organic fram. Organic Farm.
EDUCATION PROGRAMS are on the right side. Exhibits can attract the visitor. then, they can get info in the entrance hall.
When the linear from created, the COURTYARD is located on center also extend to ourdoor, which can gather all peoples and fulfil good envirmental strategy.
the workshop should be get connection with exhibits, community kitchen and the roof framing. the extended learning space becoming canderliver get connection with entrance. From the street,This is more impressive fronage also providing shading space.
Designed two sides canterliver providing shading space becoming farmers rest space, outdoor dining, and open market.
LEARNING PROGRAMS are extend to the upper floor, that visitors can get further study.
A Horizontal path created witch can connect two organic farm spots and community kitchen.
CENTER COURTYARD SPACE CREATED ALLOW NATURE VATILATION AND DAYLIGHT.
SUN SHADING DEVIDE DIFFUSE DAY LIGHTING WHICH CAN REDUCE INTERIOR ELETRONIC USE.

Bamboo Louver / Clean Glass Window This side can get connection with the extenal farm.During the workshop class View to Nim Shue Wan Village also can look the interesting farm view. The Louver system is install on west side to reduce solar heat gate.
This entrance is facing to Nim Shue Wan village. People can feel relax when they enter the building see people sharing, enjoy the breakfast.
External Dinning space There are providing outdoor Dinning and resting space for farmer and visitors. The advantage is get closer with the organic farm.

To providing a spatial, comfortable space for visitors. The commuity kitchen and dinning space are raising the ceiling height to providing brighter, complete farmland view for them.
To getting connection with the main entrance. Every visitors can the programs information when they enter the building.
