INTRODUCTION

Tampico, Tamaulipas. Tampico, as an important gateway to foreign trade, a city and port in northeastern Mexico, located in the US border state of Tamaulipas, the only one to have two modern ports at such a short distance, forming the industrial corridor Tampico – Altamira venue of important national, international and multinational companies. As a border state, with two of the country’s main ports, Tamaulipas bases its main economic activity on manufacturing and petrochemical industries.

The Building INSIGNIA Tampico the latest development of Class A offices combines elegance with the traditional elements of Mexican architecture by the firm Artigas Arquitectos. The project distinguishes itself by achieving a balance between functionality and space optimization, allowing its users to adapt naturally to the development.
