I a m a 25 y e a r o l d g r a p h i c d e s i g n e r w i t h a n u r s i n g l i c e n s e . I ’ m a h a p p y, c r e a t i v e a n d h a r d w o r king individual. I’ve been working in the wedding industry for 1 and a half years already as an inhouse graphic designer for Chestknots Studio. The last few years has been about self discove r y a n d t a k i n g a g i a n t l e a p o f f a i t h . I ’d l i k e t o think that I am passionate with the things I love and I work hard for the things I believe in. R i g h t n o w, I ’ m j u s t g o i n g w i t h m y g u t a n d k e e p ing my fingers crossed for a future in design.



CEFI & ME C e f i & M e i s a n e w c a f e l o c a t e d n e a r Pa o a y Church in Ilocos. The shop is owned by a working mom who named the shop after h e r d a u g h t e r. W i t h t h i s i n m i n d , I c r e a t ed their logo integrating the key compon e n t s o f t h e c a f e ’s i d e n t i t y w h i c h i s t h e cupcake, mother and child, and a flower to set a feminine and delicate tone.

T h e y needed an updated look that will match 1 2 M ’s p e r s o n a l i t y a n d s t y l e w h i c h i s b a s i c a l ly classic, sleek and modern. For this project, I wanted to create a more up t o d a t e l o o k w h i l e r e t a i n i n g t h e c o m p a n y ’s o r i g i n a l i d e n t i t y.

I n D e c e m b e r 20 1 1 , I c r e a t e d a n o n l i n e s h o p with my friends as our main source of income while we had our nursing trainings. We s o u r c e d c l o t h e s f r o m d i f f e r e n t t h r i f t shops & RTW stores. I was in charge of a l l o u r m a r k e t i n g n e e d s i n c l u d i n g p o s ters, product shoots, lookbook, etc. I also managed client inquiries and purchases.

My secondary task in Chestknots Studio was creating posters for multiple purpose. When I was just starting, my design style was reliant on vectors and kiddie illustrations. As time passed, I tried to make my works more editorial.

I was asked to create teaser posters for Chestk n o t s S t u d i o ’s b a s i c p h o t o g r a p h y w o r k s h o p . The title of the workshop was ‘Scouts’ and the theme was related to camping/outdoor/ survival.
