STI TECHNOLOGY THE SOLE TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE OR “STI” IS THE WORLD’S FIRST AND ONLY SCIENTIFIC SPORTS RESEARCH LAB DEDICATED TO THE STUDY OF ACTION SPORTS. AS SKATEBOARDING HAS ADVANCED AND EVOLVED OVER THE YEARS, SO HAS THE NEED FOR BETTER PERFORMING FOOTWEAR FOR THE ATHLETES. REALIZING THAT MUCH OF TODAY’S ACTION SPORTS FOOTWEAR TECHNOLOGY HAS BEEN “BORROWED” FROM OTHER SPORTS DUE TO A LACK OF RESEARCH, STI DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO STEP UP AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. AT OUR ON-SITE 10,000 SQUARE FOOT BIOMECHANICS RESEARCH LABORATORY WHICH HOUSES STATE-OF-THE-ART TESTING EQUIPMENT AND A VARIETY OF OBSTACLES LIKE MINI RAMPS, HANDRAILS, STAIRS, AND LEDGES, STI STUDIES EVERY SUCCESSFUL LANDING AND FALL IN ORDER TO GET A BETTER UNDERSTANDING AND LEARN MORE ABOUT THE MOVEMENTS AND IMPACTS INCURRED BY ACTION SPORTS ATHLETE’S BODIES.
STI FOAM footbeds provide maximum impact protection and do not bottom-out over time. This footbed features the superior cushioning and comfort of our lab tested STI FOAM compound.
System G2 Gel patented by STI is an energy absorbing compound designed to protect against heel bruising and fractures. Located directly under the heel bone, the concentrated cushioning power of System G2 gel combines superior impact protection without sacrificing board feel.
The Dual Impact System G202 combines System O2 air bag with G2 gel. The air system provides protection for low level impacts while the G2 gel is proven to absorb high level impacts. System G202 is perfectly tuned to protect your feet. Basically this means no more heel bruises.
System FlO2 was designed to increase air flow around the foot. The result is cooler, dryer and more comfortable shoe. Another bonus of System FlO2 technology is that your feet won’t stink so much.

By that time, not only had blacklight become an art form, but it was utilized by law enforcement to revealed unseen detail and was used to unmask counterfeits.
