ARG offers a range of fun gymnastics, ballet, fitness and dance programs for all ages and abilities. Our friendly and relaxed environment is perfect for participants to feel free to express themselves through movement of the body and/or apparatus.

ARG offers recreational, competitive (national and international) and performance opportunities for all ages and abilities. We participate in community performances, local sports festivals, concerts, other performances and competitions (club, national and international level).

We offer professional training in a friendly environment. We believe that training is about more than just gymnastics. It is about creating lifelong memories and friendships. It all starts with a goal: a goal to be healthy, to be happy, and a goal to have fun and do what you love!
