Practical information for the training course: “Quality Cross-sectorial cooperation” Here you can find the practical information about the training course. Dates of the Training course: 19th – 23rd of March, 2018. Arrival to the Training course Plan your arrival to Vilnius, Lithuania till 12:00* on the 19th of March, 2018. Transfer to the venue will be arranged according your arrival times. Please, let us know when you will arrive via email: marius.ulozas@gmail.com till 15th of March, 2018 Departure from the Training course: On the 19th of March we will depart from the venue at 14:00. We will arrive in Vilnius at 15:00*. As well you can stay for few extra days on your own expense. *If you have later arrival or early departure we will arrange transfers. Venue, board and lodging: You will be hosted in the Training centre “Daugirdiškės“ www.daugirdiskes.lt Daugirdiškės village is situated 45 km from Vilnius. Practical information about rooms Participants will stay in rooms of 2 or 3 people. Each room has a separate shower and toilet. Everyone will get a small and big towel (and additional towels when we will go to Sauna, just bring your own slippers). Photos in the next page. Training centre has Wi-Fi Internet connection so you can bring your computer or use the public computer that is provided in the training centre to be used by guests. Venue has a washing machine for your use. During the project you will be provided with 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), also 2 coffee breaks each day.
What to bring with you: - Bring personal hygienic things (shampoo, soap, tooth brush etc.); - Bring medicine you need; - Venue does not provide a hair dryer. Bring hair dryer; - If you have a photo camera, video camera, laptop you might take it with you. - The nearest shop is 5 km away (small one) so if you have special needs bring things with you. There will be 2 times in the program when you will have the opportunity to go to the shop. - We will have sauna evening, so bring your sauna equipment (swimsuit etc.).
Travel reimbursement You will be reimbursed via bank transfer latest 1 month after the training course. National partners of the project Institute for Policy Research and Analysis in Lithuania, Youth Leaders Coalition in Latvia and LAB DRG in Poland will be responsible for reimbursing participants from their countries.
