PEOPLES PARTICIPATION: MAIN PROBLEMS The area is very much dryed as there are no water storage facilities. Accommodation for veterinary and dispensary is not held in the area. The condition of path from Scor to Hira Mehta is very poor. Education facilities in the area are not satisfactory. Education staff is not as per authorization. Play ground is not held in the school as land is existing there. Natural bawari in the Scor village is not sufficient for the storage and supply of the water to the villages. The condition of Bridle paths from Scor to Mulakha is not better for movement. Drinking & irrigated water shortage exists in the villages as existing lift is not working in 80% days. Irrigated water shortage exists in the whole area.

SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT

PEOPLES PRIORITIES

Van sarovar/village ponds are required at Dharas, Scor, Berl, Dwarlu, Siarli.

Top Priority.

Govt accommodation be made for veterinary and dispensary. The path is required to be repaired and widened. Education staff be fulfilled as per authorization and playground be made at existing land. Storage tanks are required to be made at natural bawari and thereafter to be lifted to the villages. The existing path is required to be widened as motorable road is not available in that area. Road to be linked to Scor, Jandoi, Uparla Scor, Sui Boi & Matrech from Darobar Kenchi. Existing lift scheme is required to be maintained properly and storage tanks be made for equal distribution. Irrigated water be supplied from Satluj at height of 1.5 Kms at two stages to cover three Panchayats.

Priority.
