Creative Centenaries Project Nerve Centre is home to the Creative Centenaries project. Creative Centenaries is an online resource and digital creativity hub using resources to reflect on key anniversaries in Ireland’s Decade of Centenaries. Throughout 2021, Creative Centenaries will act as a platform for engagement, information and resources for the general public and stakeholders around the centenary of the formation of Northern Ireland (www.creativecentenaries.org) The Creative Centenaries project is underpinned by the Principles for Remembering: 1. Start from the historical facts. 2. Recognise the implications and consequences of what happened. 3. Understand that different perceptions and interpretations exist. 4. Show how events and activities can deepen understanding of the period.
