Sepehr 8th Civil Development Investment Company, with the aim of quantitative and qualitative development of investment in the country, especially in the eastern region of Iran and Khorasan Razavi province, was established in 2009 and started its activities in Mashhad, the capital of Khorasan Razavi province in northeastern Iran.
