ell done you made it to the end of 2020 of what for many of us has been the hardest year of our lives. So, what has happened to our intimacy in our relationship? Have we got closer, or are we further apart? Sex is code for connection guys. ‘Growth was never created in a comfort zone.’ Here are some tips that will surely bring you closer over the festive period and into 2021. Focus your whole presence, on the good in your life right now, no matter what you feel, and use every breath to bring you closer. If you are going to do anything, decide to enjoy it. Get outside in nature, play, and have fun. Keep your heart open all the time. Do not react or get offended. Take an interest and listen to your partner intently. Look them in the eyes and smile into them. Mend fences wherever you can. Let in the incredible light of being and follow your inspiration wherever you can. If unsure, ask ‘what love would do?’ And always be yourself. When my cat walks, she is soooo present – every footstep is soft and mindful. Become fully realised by intentionally taking care of every step, in every waking moment. Be like my cat – walk consciously through life. KEAN BUCKLEY co-founded Be Yourself and now a golden new modality based on vibration. www.zeroplusnine.com His new group ‘emergence’ will be available soon on FB.

Grow yourself, your relationship & your intimacy WORDS PAULINE RYELAND
S
ome people have experienced the worst year of their lives and others the best. Relationships have either flourished or floundered. Single people in particular have really missed general connection and touch. No matter what you’ve experienced this year, it’s important to reflect on what didn’t work and how you could do things differently. As we go into the holiday season, it’s a great time if you’re in a relationship to reconnect with your partner, dive a little deeper and start having the conversations that will enable you to connect more. It’s important to have individual and combined goals to move yourselves forward. For single people it’s important to look at why you’re choosing to be single, what’s holding you back and perhaps do some work around clearing some of the limiting beliefs that you have chosen to be true. Where on a scale out of 10 is your relationship, intimacy, connection and sex? If it’s only very low then perhaps it’s time to look at why that is and what you can do about it. Remember your sexual energy is your life force, and whether single or in a relationship, if you are not activating it, you cannot be in flow in all areas of life.
