• Rental agreement for 10 years of hotel accommodation or furnished tourist residences in designated tourist accommodation complexes (pursuant to Ar ticle 8 of Law 4002/2011)
• Timeshare contract for hotel accommodation for 10 years (according to Law 1652/1986).
CAPITAL TRANSFER
• Term deposit of at least EUR 500,000 with a Greek national credit institution for a minimum term of one year, with the possibilit y of extension.
• Capital contribution:A minimum capital contribution of EUR 500,000 in a company registered or established in Greece, excluding investment holding companies and real estate investment companies. This contribution allows the acquisition of shares in a share capital increase or bonds traded on regulated markets or multilateral trading mechanisms in Greece.
• A capital contribution of at least EUR 500,000 in a real estate investment company (pursuant to Article 21 of Law 2778/1999) investing exclusively in Greece in order to acquire shares in an increase in the share capital.
