We’ve Done Our Homework This business provides a turnkey service for office interiors and facilities. First, let me explain what “turnkey” means, as it is important to their website itself. A turnkey operation can either be a product or service, and in this case it is both. This concept means that a service/product is provided that is deemed complete, installed and ready to use upon delivery/installation. Because of the intricacies noted in such a concept, agreements on both sides (Rightsize Facility Performance) and their customers must be detailed.
I raise this subject because their website is a good example of the above. It includes “everything” that a turnkey operation does and is detailed in explanations. The website includes a checklist and case studies as well. Before I go further, let me also state that Rightsize Facility Performance has been accredited through the Better Business Bureau (BBB) since June 9, 2006. The BBB currently lists an A+ Rating. Upon review, we can find no negative reviews of this business. Based in Chicago, Illinois, Rightsize Facility Performance provides service throughout the United States. They do not mention Alaska or Hawaii, so we’re assuming it is NOT just coast to coast.
