The Sum of Prophecy Before November 2 2004 As published in our August, 2004 Issue #100 Newsletter: 1. PAT ROBERTSON of the 700 Club out of Virginia Beach, Virginia is reported as saying that "God told him that President Bush will be re-elected" (source: Fox TV News channel). 2. STEPHEN A. HANSON PROPHESY: On July 27, 2004 Jim-REPHAEL shared a report sent to him by Carolyn (NOP Intercessor) on the prophesy of Stephen A. Hanson out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. It appeared evident to me that this prophecy suggested that John Kerry would win the election. 3. WOLFGRAMM PROPHECY: This prophecy was given to Mark-JAMES and LynELIZABETH by a brother in the Lord named Jerry M., who in turned forwarded it to me on July 31, 2004. I'm given to understand it is valid. This is how it reads: ( Quote) "Here is some information I have just received. I know this very spiritual Tongan family named Wolfgramm. The October 3" Discovery On October 3, 2004, while looking through a pile of reports giving JESUS' Word on the subject of the accidental nuclear attack, I came on a report which I had glossed over weeks earlier and realized that I'd just found what 1 was looking for in the past weeks. Keep in mind that I'd read through all these reports searching for this kind of Word and missed it. Now the HOLY SPIRIT leads me to go through this record looking for one Word and I find the one I missed. This was way beyond a coincidence because not only did I find this sought-after Word but the understanding of that Word also came, something I'd sought years before and did not receive. I will share only an extract here with focus on President Bush, as the Lord's Word is lengthy. A Major (Category 5) Hurricane slamming into the Southeastern U.S. in the month of September (likely September 9 th ) to be followed by: 2. A Major 7 to 8+ Magnitude earthquake striking San Francisco on October 23 rd of the same year the Hurricane hits. This earthquake will have its epicenter North of San Francisco. 3. We now are able to see a clear scenario of two major events just prior to the accidental nuclear attack.
THE SCENARIO OF 2004 1. Hurricane IVAN (Category 5) slams into Florida September 16 2004. While this came very close to fulfilling the vision of September 9, 1983, it fell short in that the storm did not slam New Orleans nor did we have a Holy Spirit witness that this was the hurricane God the Father revealed in 1983. However, the demonic presence in IVAN was real (see the enclosed special report on IVAN as a hyperdimcnsional hurricane.) 2. October 23, 2004 JAPAN is struck by a 6.9 Magnitude earthquake - 38 dead, 100,000+ left homeless.

"IF MY PEOPLE. WILL PRAY I WILL HEAR AND ANSWER"(Coiitinued) In the scenario of 2004 we see the basic pattern revealed in JESUS' WORD of October 21, 1989 surfacing but it is not a fulfillment. Because the hurricane fell short of what God revealed in 1983, the earthquake could not strike San Francisco and so the enemy struck Japan as an alternative target. In this the enemy of our souls is working to keep their finger in this pie of judgment, so as to be able to come back a time later and do it for real. WHAT ABOUT DECEMBER 14, 2004? Might we see some kind of nuclear disaster this December 14, 2004? It is possible, but where and how is not known. We may see sonic kind of event on this day or in this coming December or we may not.
WITH THE PROPHECIES OF OTHERS AND WITH THE BALLOT RESULT, WHY DID YOU CALL FOR PRAYER? I have respect for Pat Robertson, deep respect for Dan Bohler, and appreciation for the Wolfgramm Prophecy and Stephen A. Hanson; but these prophecies were not real to me, meaning I did not have a peace about just resting confident that George W. Bush would be re-elected. In seeing a parallel to both 1980 (Reagan elected) and 1992 (Beastman Clinton elected) I recognized that it could go either way. The parallel to 1987 told me that it could be decided in and out of prayer, made sure and fixed with a certain outcome - if we prayed. Thus I wrote and issued the September 29, 2004 ELECTION PRAYER SHEET and sent it out with the September 17, 2004 Newsletter. Understand that where an outcome is revealed by the Spirit of God, it may not be revealed what causes that outcome to happen, what force creates the outcome itself. Example: In 1983 GOD THE FATHER sheaved me a vision where the U.S. had some kind
of anti-ballistic missile defense system that destroyed 5 incoming nuclear bombs in space and damaged a sixth to where it wobbled off course and consequently missed New York City. After- shewing this to me GOD THE FATHER on September 9, 1983 said, "CALL THE NET OF PRA YER TO PRA Y. ..I WANT TO EXTEND MERCY."
We have prayed for God's mercy from then to now and only this year came the realization that we were actually praying to obtain the very thing He revealed in 1983 - the destruction of 5 warheads and damaging of u sixth of the nine warheads fired as the I.S. by Russia. This was the Mercy He wanted to extend the U.S. and Russia - obtained by 21 years prayer.

Bush would be re-elected did not necessarily reveal what would happen to result in that outcome. I've learned over the years to "assume less and less" and to be very careful about matters of great weight.
What happened from September 29, 2004 to November 2, 2004 is worth noting: THE POLLS were about as distracting as one could imagine - they showed a razor thin % between Bush and Kerry, so close no one could call it. With a polling margin of error of 3% it was really up in the air, if one had regard for polls. I was not inclined to disregard the polls, as they often prove to be accurate or close to the actual results. But what really got my attention was in discerning the body of Christ.
THE BODY OF CHRIST WAS VACILLATING In praying about this election and all through September and October I was discerning a constant shifting going on within the body of Christ - one day for Bush, the next hours for Kerry, some deciding not to vote, some deciding to vote for other candidates (other than Bush and Kerry). Back and forth, like a vast sloshing of water going back and forth inside a large vessel - this is what I was discerning day by day, hour by hour, all through the end of September and all the way through October, 2004. If I was aware that this election could go any way; it was in these days that I was made very aware that the outcome was still not decided. The HOLY SPIRIT at times gives me to discern the body of Christ and in those times the over-all attitudes and direction of the body becomes evident to me in ways hard to describe. This only made me more determined to pray through, aware that prayer was a key to the outcome as JESUS essentially said on September 13, 2004 (see cover page). The Net of Prayer October 4, 2004 Report conveyed a simple point through JESUS' WORD of October 21, 1989 - that George W. Bush would be President during the accidental nuclear attack. What 1 was discerning of the body of Christ made it clear it was not yet decided, the vacillation was on-going and sometimes wildly shifting for and against Bush. No doubt the effect of all the campaign ads was having an effect on the body of Christ in ways not visible, but it was not hidden from me and it was unsettling to say the least.

THE OCTOBER 18, 2004 LEADERSHIP REPORT 8th
I wrote a Leadership Report (for the Net of Prayer Leaders) and made this On October 1 statement: (Quote) " Our prayer focus for the re-election of Bush is the key here. If he is not re-elected, then the nation will spiral into hell's power so fast it will make some people dizzy. What do I mean by "if"? I found JESUS' WORD of 1989 where He clearly speaks of President Bush in connection with the accidental nuclear attack, He also spoke of a major event (San Francisco quake) that would precede the accidental nuclear attack. That San Francisco quake can still happen (watch October 23 rd ) this year. "If' God's people decide for George W. Bush we have at least a three year (if not four year) respite. If not - then we may well face the accidental nuclear attack this year. That is not a preferred outcome but it is possible.
IN WAITING MODE Someone can come to me with a question connected to some personal matter and JESUS will usually speak to me in a matter of hours. But when it comes to the election outcome (though I continue to believe that Bush will be re-elected*) there is no insight beyond what we know. I have found myself in this place before and recognize it as being in "waiting mode" or as we sometimes said, "we are in a holding pattern, circling the airport." `Note - The polls are reflecting that Kerry is losing ground and Bush is gaining ground across the nation - even then the polls also suggest it is still a dead heat. I have pondered this for some days now and reflect on this right now. The Church Decision, the Decision of His people, will become apparent November 2, 2004 — and the course of things will be set one way or another depending on that decision. rd If we see a major earthquake strike San Francisco October 23 and if G. W. Bush is not re-elected — then things will be set in motion for the accidental nuclear attack this year. This is what I believe may happen if Bush is not re-elected.
At that point, when the Decision of His people is obvious (a San Francisco quake October 23 `d would be a key factor) then the FAITH OF GOD will come whereby we will gear up to go out in December and do the second East Coast Prophetic Mission to issue final warnings to the cities that will be hit and then return home. Then the bombs fall.

GOD'S FAITH, when it comes, ends all questions of what will happen next - you KNOW by the SPIRIT OF GOD, you have GOD'S FAITH to go ahead without questions or doubts. In fact, doubting is impossible, you are imbued with the blessed assurances of faith to know. At this time we are waiting on the outcome and "if' the work to the East Coast need be done then God's Faith will come and we will undertake that mission to save as many lives as possible. Until then, we are in "waiting mode." (Unquote) Chuck-JDHNEL's Comment: The issue of how the church would decide (for or against Bush) was still "in the air" and I realized that we (the Ministry Leadership) should not be locked into a single outcome frame of mind. I had to give up my "understanding" that George W. Bush would be re-elected and take a neutral mode ready to go which ever way the outcome dictated.
October 20, 2004 Washington Lots draws #285 Based on JESUS' Word of 1989 this number would show prior to stronger earthquakes in this locale (Spokane). Based on His Word, aware that such a stronger earthquake could come "before" we relocated (moved from Spokane ) - I purchased tickets on #285 somewhat expecting to see it show in October, 2004. When it was drawn we collected $3,940 from the Washington lottery - funds that would be used to help purchase a house. This told me that a major earthquake was in motion and this now took up my time and energy in that it was necessary to write a PROPHETIC ALERT for those in and around Spokane - alerting against a potential 6.4 Magnitude earthquake. Timing for such an earthquake was uncertain.
OCTOBER 23, 2004 - JAPAN MAJOR EARTHQUAKE When news of this major earthquake (6.9 Magnitude) striking Japan on October 23" was made known I did not at first grasp the deeper meaning and pondered what it meant. I shortly realized that it meant that the accidental nuclear attack was going to pass-over the U.S. this time round and that the enemy took an alternative target (Japan instead of San Francisco).
VACILLATION SLOWS The indecision of the body of Christ about George W. Bush began to slow , the wild vacillation began to slowly take a direction in favor of George W. Bush. It was weak but perceptible on/about October 24th.

This is what I wrote about Nancy- TGNI's October 16, 2000 Vision given on page 15 of the
October 17, 2000 Newsletter. (Quote portions) "JESUS' vision to Nancy- TONI was
quite unexpected, timely and is deeper than it appears at first glance. First, the 'flesh like appearance" is perceived as indicating that Bush is a carnal Christian. That he is bathed in a heavenly Light tells us that he is under God's grace and fright and will or is a genuine man of God. That he is not filled with the heavenly Light is not unusual for carnal Christians who believe on the Lord JESUS as their savior but do not receive Him as Lord of'their life. The beastman on the Black horse definitely means Clinton, but it could also speak of Gore - possibly both. This creature is about to exit... The beastman on the Red horse reigned his horse back thus it rears up) suggests that this anti Christ creature can or will be momentarily stopped by George W Bush. It also tells inc it is sizing Bush up as well. Lastly, as Nancy-TONI knew, it is entering the scene. I could also interpret the heavenly light on Bush and the departing Black horse beastman as meaning that George W. Bush will win the 2000 presidential election. The Ballots - 98% Bush 2% Kerry and others As reported in our September 27, 2004 Newsletter, the Ballots revealed that 98% of God's people chose Bush and 2% did not. This told us that we were on a parallel to the events y seen in the GAP in 1987 when we faced down and dela ed the beastman on the Black horse from the presidency until 1992 when he became president. Again, the beastman finally broke through in the GAP in 1987 as a result of the 2% of the elect body who were in rebellion against Christ. Seeing this parallel to 2004 and seeing that because we did withstand the beastman in 1987 we "could" through prayer withstand the beastman (Kerry) this 2004. Our basis was the pattern of the GAP battle of 1987. This told me that "if" George W. Bush won re-election November 2, 2004 that he would be followed by the beastman on the Red horse who would take the presidency in the next presidential election in November of 2008. I had this understanding back this September when we called for prayer for President Bush's re-election.

THE BEASTMAN ON THE RED HORSE "And there went out another horse that was red : and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword." (Revelation 6: 4) This creature was seen in the GAP in 1987, it followed the beastman on the Black horse (whom we identified in 1987 as William Jefferson Clinton) whose identity is unknown. There is no question in my mind that this creature will follow George W. Bush and become the next president. Whether he is Republican or Democrat is not known nor is it important. he will come at a time of great stress and crisis with the promise of saving America. Towards the end of George W. Bush's second term we will see the visions of 1983 come into play where IRAN will nuke our Army in the Middle East/Persian Gulf, where North Korea invades South Korea, where Red China invades Taiwan, where the U.S. is rocked by earthquakes and volcanic eruptions on the west coast. In this time there will be heightened tensions between the U.S. and Russia (over what is not known). Perhaps the fact the U.S. may want to nuke Iran (very close to Russia) in return for the destruction of our Army may be the cause of the heightened tensions with Russia (a thought). In any event this will be a factor prior to the accidental nuclear attack where in the end three U.S. and three Russian cities will be smoldering nuclear ruins with millions dead on both sides. President Bush and America will find itself in a major crisis and rage will boil up and over in both Russia and the U.S. over the cities and people nuked. This beastman on the Red horse will appear as a savior but will lead America to Nuclear World War III in which the U.S. will be invaded and occupied by foreign armies for 7 years. Who is the beastman on the Red horse? We do not know. Had an idea some years back that it might be Colin Powell but that was never confirmed and has seemingly come to nothing. "Who" this beastman on the Red horse is we do not know, but I clearly discern that he will become the next president following George W. Bush. This next beastman will finish what beastman Clinton started - the total destruction of the United States and the loss of 70% of our population in war and occupation.
What would have happened had Kerr y won November 2, 2004? We would have seen the major quake strike San Francisco October 23, 2004 and then Kerry's victory November 2, 2004 followed by the accidental nuclear attack this December 14, 2004. The beastman on the Red horse would be John Kerry, he would lead America right into Nuclear World War III inside of two years time. How do I know this? All I have

JANUARY 21,2404, THE WRATH OF GOD SET IN MOTION_(cont'd.) might give us some idea of how much time is involved is a personal event that took place in the first week of November, 1981 when GOD THE FATHER drew both Nancy-TONI and I up to the Mount of the Most High God and there He conducted a joining, a wedding ceremony - GOD THE FATHER literally married us. "... WHAT THEREFORE GOD HATH JOINED TOGETHER, LET NOT MAN PUT ASUNDER." (JESUS in Matthew 19: 6 - also in Mark 10: 9)
The date of this event was (as I'm able to recall) November 8, 1981. At this time I had not even met Nancy-TONI. While JESUS had told me much about her I would not even know who she was until November of 1986, some 5 years later. So GOD THE FATHER `joined us" on November 8, 1981 on the Mount of the Most High God in Heaven and we would be married in this world on February 28, 1987 - some 5 years and four months later. The only insight we have into how timing `In The Spirit' in Heaven and specifically from the Mount of the Most High God relates to timing in this world is our own personal experience being married by FATHER GOD November 8, 1981. Here are some dates related to the times when we did meet, when we prayed/prophesied together, when Nancy-TONI joined me in this Ministry work in Christ to when we married. Over the years I've learned that judgment events stemming from deep `In The Spirit' come in waves or manifests in this world over an extended period of time. One event, such as our wedding before FATHER GOD, would have a number of significant `in this world' events before culminating with our marriage on February 28, 1987. We worked this past evening and this morning digging through our record to locate as many of the times with this connection and came up with this: 1. Nancy-TONI joined me in the GAP with her 40 Legions of JESUS' warring Angels in April of 1982 to battle the beastman. Events taking place `In The Spirit' and in the GAP take TWO YEARS before they begin to manifest in this world. So counting from November 8, 1981 it is 5 months to April 1982 plus 2 years - thus a period of 2 years and 5 months for those events to surface `In This World'. 2. The first time I met Nancy-TONI is when I Sealed her and her family and many others in Mount Vernon, Washington; but the record is unclear as to what year that was - it could be anywhere from July, 1982 to May of 1983. We tend to lean towards May of 1983 which is a period of 1 year 6 months.

IN MOTION (cont' 3. The first work ofprayer and prophesy with Nancy-TONI was on May 30, 1983 in Mount Vernon; joined with us in that work was Johanna Von Trap Winter. Because Nancy-TONI was engaged in a prophetic work with me stands out as being significant, thus a time count of I year 6 !months is seen as pertinent.

The start of our joint Ministry in Christ began on October 13, 1985 in Mount Vernon, Washington when JESUS led us to pray/prophesy together at which time we confronted and destroyed some demon infrastructure and a demon principality. It was at this time JESUS told me Nancy's spiritual name was "`TONI". This is 3 years, 11 months and I week after November 8,1981 when FATHER GOD married us on the Mount of the Most High God. What I'm doing here is relating the dates and times from November 8, 1981 when GOD THE FATHER married us to pertinent times when that event began to manifest in this world. Although I was not aware of the connection to November 8, 1981 at the time I am now. I see the real possibility that the WRATH OF GOD loosed on January .21, 2004 from the same place (MOUNT OF THE MOST HIGH GOD) may likewise begin to manifest in this world at these same general times. I say "general times" because we have seen over the years that time patterns, when they reappear, can vary from the first set of times that were observed and recorded. So a "significant event" on JULY 21, 2005 connected with the WRATH OF GOD may actually manifest on sa,y July 19"' or July 25 ` '. We have seen a variable at work over the years and while we do not know what governs it we know to be flexible and both praying and watching for developments at this "general time." There need be some prayer and seeking the Lord to understand how these personal times and events may figure in with GOD'S WRATH. For example, Nancy-TONI actually joined the Ministry and began the work of prayer and prophesying October 13-17, 1985. While I would NOT know who she was to me until November of 1986, Nancy-TONI was functioning as my Godly wife in the prophetic sense starting October 13-17, 1985. This suggests to me that some fairly significant events related to GOD'S WRATH can surface at this general time period. We may be looking at the "Accidental Nuclear Attack" - an event that is FIRE (nuclear fire). The "culmination" or fulfillment of what was experienced November 8, 1981 on the MOUNT OF THE MOST HIGH GOD came on February 28, 1987 when Nancy-TONI and I were married in this world. The parallel time is May 11, 2009 - a time when we might expect to see the "culmination or fulfillment" of GOD'S WRATH - this may well prove to be the start of Nuclear World War III. It could be the TINY STAR, another form of "fire" it could involve the explosion of volcanoes in America - yet another form of "fire" - or it could involve all of these. Just how the Wrath of God will play out is not known but here we have some idea of the
ti mes when we might expect to see some form of God's Wrath surface in this world. Other judgment time studies basically anticipate severe judgments beginning in the U.S. in 2005 or 2006, we perceive that the accidental nuclear attack will happen in either 2007 or 2008 which would set Nuclear World War III to happen in 2009 or 2010. The time chart shown here more or less agrees with those other time projections. One thing is certain, GOD'S WRATH was loosed on January 21, 2004 and time is running out. God bless.

ANTHROPOLOGY ON AMERICA It has been generally believed that thousands of years ago (during the ice age) Asians coming from Siberia entered the American continent across the Bering Straits on a frozen link between what is present day Siberia, Russia and Alaska. There is also a popular cultural view that Europeans invaded America (Columbus and company) and took it away from the native Indians, decedents of those long-ago Asian migrators who loosely populated the Americas over the thousands of years from their arrival. Well, not so. A current research and study of the anthropological origins of America has found that the FIRST people to find and settle America were NOT the Asians from Siberia but Europeans. A tribe living on the coast of modern day France traveled by boat and migrated to the America's some 15,000+ years ago. What is unique is that the spear point commonly found all over America, called the "clovis spearhead" that revolutionized hunting in America, was actually an invention of those Europeans who brought a version of the clovis spearhead with them. The Asians from Siberia arrived later and the two cultures and people blended - the result being the American Indian who has the DNA of both Asians and Europeans.
VAN GOGH MURDERED BY A MOSLEM In the Netherlands (also known as Holland) the growing Moslem community has shown its inability to live at peace with European natives and a recent event has set off a nation wide explosion of violence and attacks on both Mosques and Christians Churches. Van Gogh, a distant cousin of the famous Dutch painter, Vincent Van Gogh, produced a fil m telling the truth about how Moslems treat women, which liberals saw and called an "attack on Moslems." So just recently a Moslem came up to Van Gogh on the street and shat him, and while he begged for his life, stabbed him, shot him again and again and slit his throat leaving a Moslem tract attached to a dagger driven into his chest. The liberal media stated that Van Gogh "brought this on himself' by telling the truth about how women are mistreated in the Islamic culture. Interesting! With this the liberal does what they do best - they blame the victim for being murdered by a Moslem, and in a hidden way acknowledge that Moslems are dangerous, deadly and murderous.

MARCH 29, 2004 - OIL PRICES RISE (Economic Judgment Event) We reported earlier this year where the price of gasoline rose from 1.40/gallon to 1.85/gallon (it is now an average of 1.97 to 2.15/gallon across the U.S.). This year oil prices have risen 6 6% - continuing the erosion of the economic recovery. I asked Bethany to work with a bunch of store receipts (food purchases) to see to what extent all this impacted the price of food (which is hauled around the U.S. by trucks which burn diesel). I kept receipts from the food store from March to October, 2004 and this is the result: Beef rose to an average of $1.43 a pound up by 5.5%. Milk rose .35 cents a gallon up by 1.5%. Tea rose $1.30 up by 6.7%. Eggs stayed the same. No price increase. Bread/rolls rose .28 cents for a .20% increase. Crackers dropped .30 cents a .12% decrease. Soup stayed the same, no increase. Cereal stayed the same, no increase. Coffee rose .20 cents for a 1.2% increase. Ice Cream rose 30% in price in April.
Bananas/produce price increased .50%. Shaving cream down .19 cents for a .5% decrease. Soap rose .90 cents for a 5.0% increase Vitamins rose $4.00 for a 1.09% increase.
The bite on our food budgets is not great but there has been a bite. What we are looking at is a trend in the economy, one that will deepen with time. Thank you Bethany, for spending four hours working this out (a pile of receipts). God bless.

Then a 3.4 Magnitude earthquake struck Santa Paula, California on October 17`'' After the call went out for God's people to decide and to pray about this election it is obvious that during this "decision time" judgments were suspended or greatly diminished. This has been seen before, it is an expected effect of decision times governed by God's Law.
