On Sunday, September 30, 2007 Kathy Joyce of Colorado passed away of cancer, she was an intercessor in the Net of Prayer (LIVING WATERS Prayer Group, Unit #4). She held a PhD in mathematics and was knowledgeable in physics and had a brilliant mind. I met Kathy many years ago on a trip to Colorado where I was blessed to lead her in the sinner's prayer after which she received Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and was then Sealed/Commissioned. A time later Kathy Sealed Zayda, who became fast friends and so Zayda joined the Net of Prayer. It was Zayda who notified us of Kathy's passing (Kathy was on our prayer list for healing of cancer).

Chernobyl trouble on what JESUS had told me at the time. My conclusions were not a "speculation" on my part but were based on His Word, The "facts" available at the ti me did not support what JESUS said. I personally experienced quite a "drubbing" from brethren for being "false"; but, from my point of view, the worst part of all that was that JESUS Word was called "false." Recently (in August, 2007) the Discovery Network International TV Channel aired a French documentary entitled "The Chernobyl Battle" that included interviews with former Soviet leader Mikhael Gorbachev and a variety of former Soviet Generals who conducted operations at Chernobyl in 1986. It also included interviews with a selection of men and women who worked in the Chernobyl operations of 1986. This documentary uncovered all that was hidden or kept under wraps in 1986 and for the many years following the explosion at Chernobyl USSR in April of 1986. The cover of this Newsletter is a portion of the headline of the May 6, 1986 Ministry Newsletter that addressed this nuclear disaster.

THE REVELATIONS OF 1986 Well in advance of the April 26, 1986 nuclear disaster at Chernobyl, JESUS had called the Church to a prayer-action that would support a prophetic work to intercept a serious judgment BEFORE it happened. However, the `church decision' rejected JESUS' Word and call to prayer thereby the prophetic mission was canceled. Nancy-TONI and I were ready to undertake this prophetic mission but again, the

In that JESUS had not revealed the specifics of the "prophetic mission" except to make it clear that it was a life and death issue and that many lives hung in the balances, when we heard news of the Chernobyl nuclear accident it hit us like an electric shock and this is when JESUS began to reveal what had happened. JESUS spoke to me on Ma w. 1986 saying this: "...HEAR MY WORD. MY CHILDREN OF IGNORANCE HAVE LOOSED ATROUBLE SO TERRIBLE THAT THEY WILL BE UNABLE TO ASSOCIATE THEIR DECISIONS TO THE CONSEQUENCES. Initially the news accounts stated that only 30 people died as a result of the nuclear accident at Chernobyl - later accounts placed this figure at 67 dead. But several hours after JESUS' Word came to me (above) early May 12 1h 1986 the newspapers gave a different account (see below ) ;

This article (above), unlike the one written by Evans and Novak (see last page), painted a different picture -- things were all under control, the fires were out, the radioactivity had dropped below dangerous levels — all was well. In fact, U.S. government scientists sent to Chernobyl reported essentially the same, that it was "no big deal" and that "all was well." But JESUS would tell a different story and the Lord would reveal yet more in the next days and weeks. The bottom line was that it became part of the official record that only 30 died (some reports stated 67 died) and that it was all under control and that there were no further

" What we see by JESUS Word is that 53,000 died, its visible, what we do not see is that the death toll may actually reach over 400,000 — and it is not beyond being possible...This is what was HIDDEN from us, but it is in view and even more is coming and even so, these estimates are low - short of what is really moving into being a reality — JESUS said so!" Some time later we learned that Chernobyl is a Russian name that means "Wormwood" - we knew then that this creature had engineered this nuclear disaster.

406,000 dead stirred a firestorm of accusations The official U.S. government position held that only 30 or 67 people died at Chernobyl and that the whole thing was under control. Talk of the 40,000 Soviet people who were evacuated only after living under a lethal dose of radiation for 36 hours were forgotten. The official position was that fires were put out, the radiation levels were down to normal, the loss of life was very small. In fact, these were all lies, bald faced lies but past JESUS' Word that this was a mega-disaster, official federal and scientific denials put me in a precarious position where naysayers had a field day. It was a bit rough at the time and I easily remember the storm of accusations that hit me and this Ministry in Christ. I didn't back down from what JESUS told me but I paid a price for that. I wondered "why" our government would conspire with the Soviet Union to cover-up that nuclear disaster. Why cover it up? Today I understand the "why"! If it were made known just how serious a situation Chernobyl was/is the people in America would NEVER allow another nuclear power plant to be built in the U.S. People in the government see nuclear power as one way to meet the growing energy needs of America. Since the nuclear disaster at Three Mile Island in 1979 the building of nuclear power plants in the U.S. came to a screeching halt.

This quite thorough documentary made in 2006 by the French was aired on the Discovery TV Network International and Nancy-TONI taped it off our dish network months ago. When we watched it we saw everything that JESUS was telling us about Chernobyl in 1986 now in plain view.

Through JESUS Word I understood that 53,000 initially perished in the Chernobyl disaster and that 406,000 would ultimately die (although I understood this to be an approximation and that the death toll would likely run much higher), More, we came to understand that the demon prince behind this disaster was Wormwood. Only later did we learn that the Russian name Chernobyl means "Wormwood". False reports coming from both U.S. and Soviet scientists (their lies are perpetuated in internet websites to this day) stated that a maximum of 67 died as a result of this nuclear trouble. This emboldened brethren who delighted in attacking JESUS' Word and me as being "deception and false."

Here are some of the facts drawn from that 2006 French documentary entitled "THE BATTLE OF CHERNOBYL": Communists had an idea of how to improve fuel usage and had the controls on the nuclear reactor at Chernobyl turned off - the result was that the nuclear plant exploded and highly radioactive plutonium poured high into the atmosphere and began to spread in the clouds.

THE FIRST 30 TO PERISH 30 firemen were called to the scene to put out the fire at Chernobyl unaware that it was an open nuclear reactor and so within hours the first two fireman died and in the next week all 30 were dead. These were the initial 30 deaths that officials would admit to. At this point in time the temperature of the fire (that the firemen could not put out) was 5,000 degrees Fahrenheit and the radiation level around the Chernobyl plant at this time was estimated to be 3,500 rads (it only takes 400 rads to kill a in

The radioactive cloud spread over the western portions of the Soviet Union and its satellite nations (Poland, Hungary, etc.) and then over western Europe. Sweden first noted the sharp rise in radioactivity and realized it came from a foreign source. The Swedes telephoned First Secretary of the Soviet Union Mikhael Gorbachev asking why this deadly cloud of radioactivity was coming from them. Gorbachev had been kept in the dark by the communist leaders in charge of Chernobyl and only knew about there having been a fire, he had not heard of the explosion or its consequences. ALL OF EUROPE UNDER A CLOUD OF DEADLY PLUTONIUM

THE THREAT GROWS Soviet scientists rushed to the scene (Chernobyl) discovered that the burning plutonium was melting its way through the concrete floor (very thick) and if it reached the water under that concrete (that came from the fireman who tried to put the fire out with water), it would set off a second explosion equal to a 3-5 megaton bomb. The resulting radioactive fallout would render ALL OF EUROPE unhab1table for 245,000 years and would level the city of Kiev - hundreds of millions of lives hung in the balances. Remember what JESUS said May 12, 1986! "...LEST I INTERVENE, NO FLESH WOULD ENDURE. I INTERVENE TO SPARE." HELICOPTERS, TROOPS AND MORE FIREMEN The Soviet Union swung to action - hundreds of helicopters were withdrawn from the war in Afghanistan and troops dropped hundred pound bags of sand and boric acid into the open gaping hole from which the plutonium radiation streamed skyward. They would drop 60 tons of sand and boric acid into the fire and covered it up (temporarily). The nuclear fires continued to burn under the sand. The 600 pilots of the helicopters all died of radiation poisoning. Their crews and the soldiers who dropped the sand and boric acid must have also died from lethal doses of radiation. While they did not give a figure in this documentary, I figure that would easily add up to another 4,200 deaths at the minimum. A Battalion of firemen worked to drain the water directly under the burning nuclear reactor to prevent that feared explosion - all those firemen would die (no number

April, 1986 (continued) given but it likely was at least 200 men). All these men were given the Soviet Medal of Honor - albeit, posthumously. The sand and boric acid seal was cracking and it was obvious that the nuclear fire was burning its way through that cap. Next, the Soviets flew missions over the plant and dropped 24 tons of lead onto the top of the sand and boric acid. The nuclear fire actually vaporized some of the lead into the atmosphere but this did the trick - the fire was now contained. The nearby city with a population of 40,000+ was finally evacuated 36 hours after being exposed to lethal doses of radiation. This evacuation of a wide area around Chernobyl continued. That vast majority of those people would perish but no records were being kept. DEATH COMES TO THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST Washington, Oregon, Idaho all got a dose of Chernobyl radiation and in that year (1986) the death toll of the very young and very old DOUBLED. While this unusual event was reported in the news no reason was given for that sudden surge in deaths. However, radiation weakens the immune systems of the very young and old and can push them over the edge - and did. How many died here? No number was given, just a general statement -DOUBLE the normal deaths in that year, that is what I recall. 10,000 SOVIET MINERS CALL TO ACTION The threat of the nuclear pile burning its way through the concrete floor was considerable - if it reached the water tables below the plant it would poison the entire water supply for the nation. Ten thousand miners from all across the Soviet Union were called in to dig a tunnel under the Chernobyl reactor. They were not informed of the radioactive dangers. They did this work in extremely dangerous and difficult circumstances. They did the job in quick time and a massive concrete basement was poured under the burning reactor. Of the 10,000 miners, 2,500 died and all the others suffer from radiation poisoning. 100.000 TROOPS and 400 000 CIVILIANS & TECHNICIANS The Soviet Union launched a major effort to clean up the radioactive areas around Chernobyl sending in 100,000 troops and with civilians and technicians it came to 500,000 people entering an area of lethal radiation to do a work.

THE BATTLE OF CHERNOBYL - The nuclear explosion of April 26, 1986 (continued) The roof all around the Chernobyl plant (there were still three other reactors that were working) was covered with debris from the exploded core - highly radioactive particles and some chunks that were pretty heavy. At first the Soviets sent in robotic equipment to remove the debris but radioactivity was so high that it burned out the electronics and the machines ceased to function. Now the Soviets sent in what they called `Bic-Robots" - people/soldiers that they dressed in lead suits to protect them (as much as they could) from the radiation on the roof and in the particles. It was so hot (radioactive) that a man could spend no more than 45 seconds at a time on the roof. Later, they learned that the level of radioactivity on that roof stood at between 10,000 and 12,000 rads (again, it takes only 400 rads to kill a man). The Soviets dug up as much of the ground as they could and buried it and encased the damaged Chernobyl reactor in a sarcophagus of concrete and steel - which is now wearing out. The U.N. has undertaken a one billion dollar construction job of another larger sarcophagus to encase the first one to contain the still deadly plutonium still burning inside all that concrete and steel. There is enough plutonium inside to kill 100 Million people.

245,000 YEARS The plutonium on the ground around Chernobyl (10,000 square miles contaminated) has a half life of 245,000 years before it will begin to lose its radioactivity. CHERNOBYL HEART

A month after recording the BATTLE OF CHERNOBYL documentary I caught the tail end of another Discovery TV program entitled "Chernobyl Heart". In it a surgical team from the U.S. had traveled to a province near Kiev to treat (open heart surgery) a number of children born with holes in their hearts. This birth defect is common and the result on the radiation still in the ground in these areas of the former Soviet Union. Apparently, 2,500 children are born every year with this defect which is the result of latent radiation from the Chernobyl disaster of April 26, 1986. Most of these children die of this affliction and this U.S. surgical team operated on

It was a heart wrenching story to say the least to see these beautiful little tots gasping for breath, their parents in tears and anguish and the few doctors able to operate to save their lives - in this case, U.S. doctors. It simply brought home the message that the disaster at Chernobyl is still taking lives. IN 1 986 SOME 800.000 SOVIET PEOPLE... were exposed to what can only be called lethal doses of radiation, but the official records in the Soviet Union only recorded 20,000 dead and today they said that 100,000 are permanently disabled . They DO NOT keep records, there are no statistics on how the local populations were affected that lived in a cloud of lethal radiation for 36 hours before being evacuated (way too late, believe me).

POST NOTE - WORMWOOD At the bottom of page 6 of this Newsletter JESUS spoke of Wormwood saying this: "...SENT BY LUCIFER TO SEEK YOU OUT AND DESTROY YOU...1N THE DAY IT CONFRONTS YOU, YOU WILL HAVE ALL POWER OVER THIS EVIL SPIRIT OF REBELLION AND HATRED."

That confrontation came during the East Coast Prophetic Mission of NovemberDecember, 1989 when Wormwood led a massive demon army aiming to do just that, kill me. He was soundly defeated and wounded to where it took six months before it could recover from its wounds. Since then it avoids me.

RESISTING THE TRUTH - REJECTING JESUS' WORD I' m not making this about me - for I've always made it a point to clarify that there is a difference between JESUS' WORD and my understanding of His Word - the two are not necessarily the same. But in 1986 His Word was rejected by brethren because of what scientist and government officials stated (U.S. and Soviet); but in realitry it went deeper than that, though that was often the stated basis for their rejection. In a recent end of month meeting here I addressed this issue during the meeting and talked about what happened in 1986 and what JESUS said and the more recent TV documentary that affirmed what JESUS said. One man, who sat in front of me, (not a regular and not on the mailing list) was not convinced and when he got home he goggled "Chernobyl" on the internet and quoted the figures given out in 1986 (only 67 dead).

COMEDIAN GEORGE CARLIN : I' m only vaguely familiar with this comedian, nonetheless, he has been on HBO for the past 30 years and has been in show biz for over 50 years. Carlin was on the Glenn Beck TV show October 25, 2007 and Beck asked him, based on his observations as he traveled across America for the past 50 Tars, if things in America are getting worse. Carlin replied (Quote) "This country is really finished. It is really technically finished. It is just a matter of playing out the end game. It's true, anyone who can't smell or see it just doesn't understand. This is a medical term used in hospitals when a person who has no future left on this planet, they can't be helped anymore and they put on their chart 'C.T.D." which means "Circling the Drain," That is what we are doing." (Unquote) BUT THE ATHEIST HAD A DIFFERENT TAKE: In contrast, a few days later Glenn Beck had on his TV program an illusionist named Penn (of Penn and Teller) who when asked the same question - this atheist essentially stated, "Things are just getting better and better, we have a bright future ahead of us." THE SHARE OF THE TAX BURDEN: We keep hearing from the Democrats their favorite mantra that the Republicans like to tax the poor and give the rich tax breaks. On the Fox TV News they showed the U.S. Treasury data based on 2005 tax receipts which revealed the tax burden as follows: 1 % pay 39.4% of the tax burden (the very, very rich) 5% pay 59.7% of the tax burden (the very rich) 10% pay 70% of the tax burden (the rich) 50% pay 3.0% of the tax burden (middle class) 34% pay 0.0% of the taxes (lower middle class and poor)* *Note - This final figure was not part of the U.S. Treasury Data but it is known that the bottom half of tax payers in the U.S. pay no taxes at all, so 1 just added this % to reflect that. Pat's rationale is that Giuliani will continue the fight against terror which he sees as the over-riding issue. In my view, voting for this man would be the equal of moral, political and constitutional suicide. THANK YOU ENVIRONMENTALIST'S - RED CHINA AND FLORIDA: The U.S. has vast oil reserves off the coast of Florida, a huge oil deposit has been found in the Gulf of Mexico, we have massive oil deposits in the Anwar (Alaska) and the Arctic Circle has equally massive oil reserves - we also have massive stores of oil locked in shale in the west and in the sand on the midwest. Yet environmentalists have prevailed to block any drilling of oil near Florida's coasts and have resisted drilling in the Anwar, there are also no plans I know of to access the oil in the Gulf of Mexico or the Arctic (though Russia has laid claim to all of it). In the meantime, Red China has worked a deal with Communist Cuba to set up drilling platforms off the coast of Florida (in international waters) to begin drilling for our oil. Now the Red Chinese lack the technical superiority of the U.S. drilling outfits, so the likelihood of massive oil spills with inferior Red Chinese technology and drilling platforms is considerable. Our government could fund research on how to extract oil from shale and sand, but they haven't - so all that oil sits locked under our feet (it is estimated that there is more oil in the shale in the west part of the U.S. than in all of Iraq). On the economic front alone things are very serious: The price of crude oil has risen to $98.00 a barrel which will lead to steadily higher and higher gas and diesel prices (they are already up to $3.29 a gallon for regular unleaded gas at this writing November 10, 2007.)

The Canadian dollar is now worth $106 U.S. (It used to be .60 cents.) The U.S. Dollar is losing its value on the world market. The Dollar has lost 40% of its value against the EURO (the European Union dollar). th The price of gold is skyrocketing - at this time (November 8 ) it is $831 an ounce*. There is a severe credit crunch, banks are in trouble. The housing market is down by 38% and the value of homes has dropped an additional I0% in the month of September, 2007. *Note - I shared in a previous Newsletter that JESUS asked me to buy gold in the month of August - gold sold at $658 an ounce then - every ounce of gold I bought increased in value by $173 an ounce in just two months.

Michael Boldea's dream/vision of October 29, 2007 Michael Boldea is the grandson of Dimutru Duduman who has taken up his grandfather's ministry warning Americans to repent and turn back to God before disaster and destruction comes.

Michael Boldea's dream/vision of October 29, 2007 (Quote continued) evaporated, and I found myself standing before a white, oblong building, that looked a lot like a barn or a horse stable. Two large doors made up the front of the structure, and as I looked they began to swing open. I knew wherever I was, it was not of this earth, because everything shone, everything was white, pristine, immaculate... As soon as the doors were fully open, I saw an angel that looked very much like the one standing beside me, except without the armor, leading a white horse by its reins. The horse was large and muscular, but he followed the angel obediently with its head bent low. The angel's countenance was somber as he led the horse away, ...this registered with great clarity. I looked up to the messenger whose hand I was till holding, but he merely nodded toward the white building and the open doors, and said, witness.' Another angel soon appeared in the doorways holding the reins of a red horse, following the first.. .two more angels appeared, each holding the reins of a horse, one black, one of no discernable color, just pale. All four angels were dressed alike, and had the same somber, sorrowful countenance. all four horses were led out of my sight ...the messenger turned tome and said, Go and tell what you have seen.
