Founders Share Their Growth Stories about NetZealous LLC


 Any new business venture is fraught with excitement. It is

almost like having a child for the first time in the family. Entrepreneurs bring enormous passion into their ventures. Whether it is their first business venture or the tenth one; their passion level remains the same. This is what distinguishes entrepreneurs from the other folk.  Another major trait that entrepreneurs have is that they

persist and don’t give up at almost any stage. They see to it that their passion is carried to its logical end, so that there is a sense of connect between what they planned and what achieved. They also don’t stop growing, because for them, professional life is all about scaling new heights, from time to time, from one to another.


Creating opportunities out of a vacuum


 Perhaps the most important element in an entrepreneur’s nature is

to locate opportunities when none seems to exist. An entrepreneur has amazing clairvoyance about the opportunities that exist, the shape of the business in the years to come, the way the business or for that matter; the industry is headed in the future.

 This feel for the pulse of the market they enter enables them to take

sharp decisions at the drop of a hat. This is what happened with a success story in the field of professional trainings. That success story was scripted by Satisha Naraharimurthy, Founder and CEO of NetZealous LLC.


ď ś The beginnings of NetZealous LLC are unusual from what we have

come to understand of a conventional business’ growth story. This is because all along its journey, there is the element of one thing leading to another, which in turn leads to another, and to yet another stage of development.

ď ś Let us start the success story with where it all started. NetZealous

LLC got off to a start as a provider of professional trainings in 2008. In the first couple of years, it was imparting its trainings through webinars and seminars. This was fine, nothing was wrong with these modes of trainings. However, as we have just mentioned, entrepreneurs feel an itch when they are not able to fully exploit a market in which they intend to stay for the long haul.


Sensing a big turn


ď ś This is what happened to Satisha and his two senior management

team members, Shahanshah Manzoor, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, and Liju T. Mathew Co-Founder and Chief Business Development Officer. Just when they were in the process of exploring if there could be a third mode of trainings that the industry would benefit from; its opening came out of nowhere, or what is called the proverbial window of opportunity. ď ś During the course of calls made for enlisting participants for these

trainings, a client observed that the choice of the topic chosen for the trainings was apt, but her organization was unable to send any participants to the seminar because she had a very large of participants in her organization that needed trainings. The number was such that it was a logistical inconvenience to send that many number of participants to the venue that was selected for the seminar.


 In most other situations, the natural thing to do was to walk out, saying the

usual, “Oh, we are sorry. We understand your needs, but unfortunately, our organization cannot fulfill your training needs. Let us keep in touch”. But the key management at NetZealous LLC thought otherwise. They thanked their stars, and of course this client, that she had actually given them the opportunity to explore a new activity altogether. Well, that is what we were referring to when we mentioned that entrepreneurs don’t look for opportunities; they create them!

 This is what happened in this instance. Rather than turning their backs, the

management at NetZealous LLC considered this as something of a mine they had chanced upon. They got down to excitedly analyzing the possibilities of how to accommodate a large number of participants at a training session. As people with the same wavelength, they all hit upon an idea of how to extend the modes of training they had been offering till then: If you cannot bring the participants to the NetZealous LLC seminar, why not take the NetZealous LLC seminar to the participant?!


A new mode of trainings is born!


 Out of this potential challenge was born an altogether new

opportunity. This was to be called in-house trainings from NetZealous LLC. As the name rightly suggests, this was a way of offering trainings to organizations that need professional trainings not by expecting them to send participants to the seminar venue when the number of participants is too high, but by arranging and scheduling training sessions by a trained expert at the venue of the client’s choice. How is that for creating opportunities out of thin air!  “This choice of location could be entirely left to the client. The client

could choose her own premises, if the organization had the facilities for this kind of large scale training. Or, NetZealous LLC could sit in consultation with the client and discuss possible neutral venues in which the options for imparting trainings on a large scale could be discussed and finalized”, says Satisha, reminiscing about this opportunity he and his management team hit upon.


ď ś And yes, the success story of this mode of training continues with a

nice little twist. In typical fashion of carving out opportunities when none exists, the team consisting of Satisha, Shahanshah and Liju devised another mode of professional trainings in the course of organizing in-house trainings. ď ś They discovered, over interactions with the client, that while getting a

huge number of participants trained at a common venue was a great idea, there was one other critical work they could do with the client. They saw that many organizations had particular issues and challenges and pain areas that needed assuaging. Seminars were fine, so were inhouse trainings. But in addition to these, many clients were in need of expert advice about how to tide over a particular problem that they were facing with regulatory issues.


 “This is when the whole new idea of in-house consulting sprang up,

again out of nowhere. At these sessions, the expert from NetZealous LLC gets down to understanding the client’s exact problem.
