Creation of a social housing block with bioclimatic parameters in Municipality of Aksios, in the suburbs of Thessaloniki, Greece. The main concept is a neigbourhood where the housing units are situated around a public green space. An open, flowing residential character is produced, that urges to social interaction. Public spaces are designed on the level of the central square, as well as on the level of the terraces, while limiting the privacy within each housing unit.
