Public Notice The St. Clair County Public Housing Agency, administered by West Central Missouri Commuity Action Agency, will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at 10:00 am to discuss its annual plan for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2016. The plan will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development by July 2016. A copy of the proposed pan will be at each county outreach center for review prior to the Public Hearing.
