If you are looking for a new place to buy your locally grown plants, you might want to drive a few miles to the north to visit my greenhouses in neighboring Bates County. I have four greenhouses covering almost 1/4 of an acre and grow a wide variety of annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, geraniums, and hanging baskets. I have 32 years of growing experience, and do not growth retard my plants as almost everyone does to keep them short and saleable longer. The one comment I hear almost daily is, your stuff grows. We have Proven Winners varieties of specialty plants for only $3 per pot. All four greenhouses are full, and we hope to move some things outside soon since our average last frost free date is this week. I think it about forty miles to Nevada from my place. Directions: Go north on I-49 to Passaic, which is halfway between Butler and Adrian. Go east on D 6.7 miles till you see my large sign where D and county road 7003 intersect, turn north there.
