Ice cream is an essential part of the dessert offering. Popular, versatile and adaptable it provides the operator with so many options either as a standalone or as a garnish to another dessert. Serve it up with wafers, layer it up in a sundae, adorn puddings and cakes or flip a scoop into a Coke Float – the options are endless.

Ice cream can make or break a dessert. Serve an inferior ice cream and a carefully crafted dessert will be flooded with its artificial taste, whereas the full flavour of ice cream properly made with quality ingredients, will add depth and richness to the dessert, complementing sweetness with creaminess.

Our Jersey Luxury and Jersey Gold soft ice cream mixes are made from our own milk which comes exclusively from Jersey cows. The Jersey Dairy is a farmer owned cooperative with a unique heritage which traces back to 1763 and our herds produce a unique type of milk with a worldwide reputation for its taste and creaminess.

Our pedigree Jersey cows are allowed to graze freely on natural grass and their milk contains on average 5.3% butterfat and has up to 20% more calcium and protein than other milks. It also has a higher level of vitamins and minerals. This makes it especially delicious and perfect for making ice-cream.

We make this special milk into a variety of products including a soft ice cream mix for use in ice cream machines. Jersey Luxury Soft Ice Cream Mix represents the crème-de la- crème of vanilla ice-creams. Mixed entirely from premium cream and milk straight from our Jersey cows, it is smooth, rich and satisfying. Jersey Gold Soft Ice Cream Mix is also made from real Jersey milk with added vegetable fats.
