2021 TRIANGLE PARADE OF HOMES WINNERS

The 2021 Triangle Area Parade of Homes gives prospective homebuyers the opportunity to view the latest concepts in new home design, construction and technology. Before they are open to the public, teams of builders and new home professionals from other markets judge the homes. Each home is awarded points based on many aspects, including workmanship and design excellence. The following is a list of builders and home plans that won awards in this year’s Parade of Homes. The list is organized by county and price range for the judged divisions. Winners of the Annual Parade of Homes, presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh–Wake County (HBA), were announced during the Awards Gala Tuesday evening, October 12 at North Raleigh Hilton. Parade homes are selected for Gold, Silver & Bronze Awards in each category.

JUDY RICHARDSON LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

During the gala, the Triangle Parade of Homes Committee presented the 2021 Judy Richardson Lifetime Achievement Award to a member of the association who has dedicated 30 years to serving and has played a major role in the success of the Triangle Parade of Homes. This year’s Judy Richardson Lifetime Achievement Award recipient goes to GAYE ORR.

The Home Builders Association (HBA) of Durham, Orange & Chatham (DOC) Counties announced the winners of the 2021 Parade event on October 7 at the HBA DOC Parade of Homes Awards Gala at the Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill. Entries were divided into price categories and judged by teams of builders and new home professionals from other markets. This year’s Parade features homes priced from $360,000 to $2.9 million, offering options to meet the needs of home buyers in a diverse price range.
