2020 RGVBA Parade of Homes - Award Winners
The 2020 Rio Grande Valley Builders Association is proud to present this year’s Parade Award Winners. We congratulate the 21 builders who participated in the Parade during a most challenging time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Twenty-nine homes were showcased using virtual tours, allowing the public to view all the Parade entries online. This also gave everyone an opportunity to vote for their favorite home, which helped us determine the winner of the “People’s Choice Award."
The Parade included homes in a variety of sizes and architectural styles in new home communities throughout the upper Rio Grande Valley. Awards were presented to builders in two categories: Model Homes and Single-Family Homes, and with different price categories for each.

Additional awards were presented for Most Energy Efficient Home, Best Curb Appeal, Best Kitchen Design, Best Master and Bath, and Best Architectural Design. Top honors for the Best of Show Award went to Waldo Homes who was also recognized with the People’s Choice Award, as well as six additional awards.
