A SOUND AND LUCKY CHOICE – Despite our concerns about flying in these

COVID times, we took off in early September and had an excellent holiday in Lake

Garda. This was our first trip with Newmarket Holidays and we were pleased with their organisation and administration in these difficult times. Very pleasant and polite staff. The local rep in Torbole, Lake Garda, was excellent, extremely helpful and full of good advice. She organised outings for us in the absence of the advertised ones which had had to be cancelled due to early closure of restaurants in wake of COVID. Pleasant family run hotel in Torbole providing excellent dinners and good value.We shall keep a watch on the Newmarket website for good deals!

I have recently returned from the classic Sicily tour with Newmarket which was a first class experience as always. Our rep, Sandra was paramount in making this trip a phenomenal success with her great knowledge, care and humour. The second hotel near Palermo was exquisite and truly a paradise! We went on the beautiful Scottish Highlands Railways tour. We had a wonderful time. Our tour guide, Robert, was so good: he was knowledgeable, friendly and so interested in us, which made our tour extra special. John, our driver, was great too. We went to so many interesting places and he always made sure we were comfortable and safe.

We stayed at the Carrbridge Hotel, which was very comfortable and had very friendly staff. We ate delicious meals and had a packed lunch prepared for us every day. We had one change on our tour, which didn’t matter as our guide arranged another day trip, which was wonderful.

In these difficult times, we had an amazing, breath-taking, fabulous holiday! Thank you so much Newmarket Holidays – our holiday was first class!
