Stop for a drink or a bite to eat (payable locally) before the tour continues past the childhood homes of John, Paul and Ringo. Stop over at the Casbah Club, widely regarded as the birthplace of the Merseybeat genre. It was here that the young Beatles – then known as the Quarrymen – first performed before they were signed. Soak up the history and enjoy an hour of live music with an included drink. And that’s not all! Enjoy a ride on the Mersey Ferry, a full-day excursion to nearby historic Chester, and the chance to visit the famed Cavern Club, where the Beatles first hit the big time.
