Liquid chromatography solutions continue to evolve in important ways as labs look to improve high performance separation workflows. Helping to advance innovation, PerkinElmer’s LC 300 platform and SimplicityChrom software is the company’s newest LC solution that merges advanced HPLC and UHPLC capabilities with intuitive instrument control and data analysis. Designed for customers across food, cannabis, pharmaceutical and chemical laboratories the LC 300 enables accelerated throughput, streamlined testing, and user-friendly operation.

For example, meeting quality and regulatory goals and requirements is faster and easier when leveraging this new technology to test and analyse additives in food, potency in cannabis edibles, the purity of drug excipients, and preservatives in cosmetics.

The LC 300 system’s autosampler includes a built-in column oven and highvisibility, colour LCD screen for displaying key status information without the need to log into chromatography data system (CDS) software. Based on in-depth LC interface and user experience studies, the LC 300’s SimplicityChrom software delivers intuitive and customisable workflows to enhance productivity and streamline sample analysis. It also provides the tools needed to ensure 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, and proactive alerts on consumable usage and required maintenance for minimal downtime and less effort and investment than traditional LC solutions.

Finally, the solution was engineered for rapid installation, and together with PerkinElmer’s portfolio of applications, training programs, consumables and OneSource Laboratory Services, customers can quickly build or transfer their methods.
