Custom-built growth tables

THE growth tables are built to be used in a controlled environment, like an indoor growth room with controlled humidity and temperature. We do not supply the temperature or humidity control or automatic watering, but the temperature can be controlled using a standard wallmounted air conditioner.

The growth tables are usually 1m long by 0.5m wide and have three usable shelves 500mm high, with 3m x 1m LED growth lamps shining down onto each usable shelf.

The latest growth tables that we are constructing have two usable shelves and each are adjustable from 500mm to 800mm high. The LED grow lights are 800mm strips with a 3:1 ratio of three red and one blue LED spaced at 50/50, which is 50 LEDs per meter. These LED strips are waterproof and are fitted inside an extrusion bracket with a clear cover for extra protection.

All the tables are interchangeable and each bank of three shelves is served by a 10A 12V transformer with overload and short-circuit cut-out protection. Each transformer has its own trip-switch for added protection, and it also allows the user to turn on and off each bank of tables on their own for better control. A programmable timer is also available to enable the user to have automatic day/ night operation.
