Sanitary certification impacts quality and our pocket
3- A SanitaryStandards is a US organisation that evaluates machine and equipment design for use in the dairy, food, drinks and associated industries. The pumps achieved certification for its standard version. This means buyers will gain a significant price benefit, as no additional costs are required.
This hallmark ensures quick and simple pump handling, enabling fast cleaning and inspection processes. Inoxpa underwent a thorough certification process at its facilities to test compliance with established 3-A Sanitary Standards requirements.
Called Third Party Verification, this independent inspection ensures impartial authorisation and protects the integrity of the stamp – indicating the level of quality behind the standard.
The certificate includes a unique authorisation number. Code 3563 is a publicly available guarantee for online verification of the authorisation granted to Inoxpa.
PROLAC HCP
This range of centrifugal pumps are designed for use during main treatment processes for food, dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical products. The range has EHEDG certification, ensuring comprehensive pump cleaning using CIP without requiring disassembly. It complies with FDA, EC 1935/2004 and an ATEX version is available.
The Prolac HCP centrifugal pump range is very extensive. There are 12 models, which means its easy to access the model with the best efficiency point. Other notable aspects include its compact construction, reduced NPSH and high performance (up to 74%, depending on the model). This makes it one of the most efficient on the market in its category. The unit features only two mechanical seal diameters for the entire range. The double seal, which consists of two single seals, also means that lower stocks of spare parts can be kept. These characteristics make Prolac HCP a unique pump on the market.
Drawing on its extensive sector experience, Inoxpa designed a Prolac HCP pump with options its customers require most (Ra<0.5, USP Class VI, materials certification). This resulted in the design of the Prolac HCP-WFI pump. Specifically conceived for pumping purified water and water for injections, it adapts to the high standards this market requires.
SLR: A SAFE, HYGIENIC ROTARY LOBE PUMP
The 3-A certificate adds to the SLR pump’s existing certifications. The rotor pump complies with FDA, EC 1935/2004 and an ATEX version is available too. As one of the rotary lobe pump range in conjunction with the HLR rotary lobe pump (EHEDG certified), the SLRT rotary lobe pump can be used on trucks while the TLS rotary lobe pump features a compact, close-coupled design.
The Prolac HCP and SLR pumps are ideal for facilities requiring a high level of hygiene and high performance thanks to their design, the material used and certifications.
