DESIGN INNOVATION
The conical porting design allows the Gardner Denver Nash Vacuum pumps to accept slugs of carryover to the pump without significant vacuum loss to the process. This ensures a constant and even filter cake dryness throughout the filtration process.
The GD Nash Vectra range is the latest design in conical vacuum technology and has brought about a saving in terms of seal water usage and power usage, this was made possible by changes to the internal design and water circulating passages. The Vectra range is a smart choice when replacing or planning a new project involving vacuum systems.
USED IN CONJUNCTION
LiqEvac vessel mounted filtrate pumps are used widely in conjunction with the GD Nash vacuum pumps in preventing the vacuum pumps from process carry over through pre-separation. The LiqEvac is available in SGI and 316 stainless steel construction.
