Take 1 sand-coloured tablet daily in combination with breakfast and 2 white tablets daily in combination with dinner. Bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, tricalciumphosphate), magnesium oxide, zinc gluconate, ferrofumarate, L-ascorbic acid, D-alpha-tocopheryl-hydrogen-succinate, potassium iodine, glazing agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, magnesium carbonates, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, siliciumdioxide), mangangluconate, nicotinamide, acerola extract ( Malpighea glabra L.), potato starch, L-selenium-methionine, cyanocobalamin, calcium-D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, retinylacetate, thiamine mononitrate, chromium chloride, riboflavin, phytomenadion, colour (ironoxide), folic acid, sodiummolybdat, D-biotin.
