Friday, July 22, 7 p.m. Robert Tannen, the Brooklyn-born artist who emerged from the East Village scene in the ‘50s and became New Orleans’s leading conceptual artist, will lead a tour of NOMA’s Zen paintings as part of the exhibition, Zen Painting from the Permanent Collection, on view in the Japanese Galleries through August 21, 2011.
