A Welcome from Our President

Greetings!

I offer my heartfelt congratulations to you and your student on their admission to The New School! We are excited to welcome them to our amazing academic community, where passionate scholars, designers, and artists come together to explore bold new ideas, creatively solve problems, and engage with diverse issues and communities in the world’s greatest cities.

No matter which New School program your student chooses, it will be their starting point for a challenging and rewarding journey. They will acquire a strong intellectual foundation and be encouraged to collaborate and engage with the world around them. We’ll help them to shape their own pathway and succeed both within and beyond the university.

This guide is designed to help you prepare for your student’s transition to The New School. We are here to support you and are fully committed to creating an amazing educational experience for your student.

I look forward to welcoming you to our campus. ONWARD AND UPWARD!
