2021 NAMPA Awards for Lifestyles After 50
Our magazine has been distributed along Florida’s West Coast for more than 30 years, focusing on the interests, concerns and well-being of seniors. This year, the publication has been awarded with three national awards for excellence in journalism by the North American Mature Publishers Assocation (NAMPA), a non-profit international platform of boomer and senior publications.
Winners were announced in October during NAMPA’s first virtually held convention. Entries were judged by the prestigious University of Missouri’s School of Journalism.
Lifestyles After 50 has been presented with the following awards for 2021:
Syndicated Columnist – Randal C. Hill for “It Wasn’t Fun Anymore,” published in December 2020
Travel – Rebecca Fending and Matthew Stern
Senior Issues – Jan Larraine Cox
