This premier food and wine festival boasts an influential line-up of events, highlights the region’s most delicious produce and showcases some of the country’s best chefs. The new Festival Village will be a hub of activity, the Beach Tipis return and Hastings Street will again host the Audi Long Lunch. Signature restaurants throughout Noosa will feature chef events and the hinterland will host food and brewery trails. Events like the Noosa Food & Wine Festival are vital to Queensland’s $25 billion tourism industry. The Palaszczuk Government is proud to support this event through Tourism and Events Queensland’s It’s Live! In Queensland major events calendar, which attracts visitors, supports community events and local jobs. oosa has always been known as a foodie destination and we can’t think of a better way to bring this to life than with four days and three nights of food and wine experiences in Noosa which are a highlight in the annual calendar for food lovers across Australia each May. We are excited to share with you the 2018 Noosa Food & Wine Festival Program which includes events under the Beach Tipis, along Hastings Street for the Audi Long Lunch, on Makepeace Island, in signature restaurants throughout Noosa and throughout the hinterland with produce and brewery trails. There will also be new features such as the celebration of female talent at the WoHo event at Wasabi and the Generation X rising culinary talent. Our Festival Village will be a hive of activity across the weekend with chef demonstrations, chef’s skill sessions, masterclasses, wineries and champagne houses, craft beer and cider, live music and mouth-watering festival bites from Noosa restaurants. OPENTABLE FESTIVAL VILLAGE VIP LOUNGE The OpenTable Festival Village VIP Lounge is the place to be over the festival weekend. Limited tickets are available to this exclusive-access venue, which will host guest chefs and key partners over the two-day event. Each VIP pass holder will receive four complimentary drinks per day, while enjoying an allday grazing table prepared by chef Gareth Collins. There will be wines by Xanadu Margaret River, along with premium Japanese beer Asahi Super Dry and refreshing water by San Pellegrino.
