The Chamber will install its new board of officers at an installation breakfast on January 10th at 8 a.m. at Heartland of West Bloomfield. (Newswire.net -- December 5, 2013) West Bloomfield, MI --

West Bloomfield, MI —The Greater West Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce marks its forty-first anniversary in 2014. The Chamber will install its new board of officers at an installation breakfast on January 10th at 8 a.m. at Heartland of West Bloomfield (6950 Farmington Rd. in West Bloomfield). Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. with a gourmet breakfast. Huerto Ribbon Cutting

Monica Gayle of Fox 2 News will be the master of ceremonies and Judge Kimberly Small of the 48th District Court will install the 2014 slate of board members. Cost is $10 for chamber members and $20 for non-members.

Carla Schwartz of Beaumont Health System is slated to become the Chamber President for the coming year with Romy Shubitowski of DMC Huron Valley Sinai Hospital to serve as PresidentElect. The executive board is rounded out by Tim Farris, of Ameriprise Financial as Vice President, Kelly Taylor of Orchard Mall as Immediate Past President, Clara Bohrer of the West Bloomfield Township Library as Treasurer & Finance Chair, and John Edwards of LaFontaine Automotive Group as Secretary.

Continuing on the general board for another year include community leaders Shane Pliska of Planterra, Eric Glick of Thav Gross, Sue McFatridge of Birmingham Bloomfield Credit Union, Judy Garver of Success 21, Jody LaBuda of Comerica Bank-14,Tracy Rojas of Heartland-HCR Manor Care, Barb Vorenberg of Vorenberg Associates and Rick Anthony of Ramco Gershenson, Cecelia Fydroski of Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital and Pam Zajac of West Bloomfield School District. New board members that will be installed are Milton Duerod of Motion Realty and Debbie Issacs of Tapper’s.
