A new site plan was submitted to Pasco County back in March for the Tampa Premium Outlets, but there hasn’t yet been much visible activity on the southern portion of the DRI, other than the completion of some of the interior roadways

(including the Wesley Chapel Blvd. extension). A representative from Simon declined to comment on the progress of the development of the outlet mall or what stores could be coming. However, Pasco zoning administrator Carol Clarke says the county is in the process of reviewing the site plan and getting comments back to the developer. “The building plans (for the mall) are quite complex,” Clarke explains, adding that the complexity makes it difficult to give a timetable for their approval. “(Simon) is doing a lot of things to get this (project) going. But, we’re really excited that this is happening.” We will update you on the progress of this development any time more new details become available.

If you’ve been driving along S.R. 56 near Wesley Chapel Blvd. (aka S.R. 54), there’s a good chance you’ve noticed quite a bit of activity on the north side 56. No, it’s not the long-awaited Tampa Premium Outlets mall, but development officially has begun on the Cypress Creek Town Center (CCTC) Development of Regional Impact (DRI), which has laid dormant for years — since before, for example, the Shops at Wiregrass mall was ever built. Tampa-based Sierra Properties owns about 170 acres in the DRI that will be developed in two phases, including 40 acres on the south side of S.R. 56 and the rest to the north. Sierra’s parcels on the north side of the DRI (where dirt has been being turned the last several weeks as you’re reading this), are zoned for a 600,000 sq. ft. retail center, 56,000 sq. ft. of “highway commercial” (think fast food, restaurants and retail shops) development, 120,000 sq. ft. of office space, up to 300 hotel rooms and 630 units of multi-family residential development. Sierra is preparing for vertical development (those new restaurants and businesses) sometime in the first few months of 2015. “What we’ve started is the construction of the first phase of the interior roads (on the north side of Cypress Creek Town
Center),” says Sierra Properties vice president Michael Sierra. “But, we’re just getting started.” The property south of S.R. 56 is zoned for 400 more hotel rooms, as well as 40,000 sq. ft. of more highway commercial space to the west of the Wesley Chapel Blvd. extension, which already stretches south of S.R. 56 to one of two entrances (the other is on S.R. 56 itself) to the 1.1-million-sq.-ft. regional outlet mall, that is being developed by the Simon Property Group. Sierra says that the current DRI site plan has the property separated into discernible parcels, but that the land has not yet been “platted” and the outlined parcels on the map on this page are mostly for organizational purposes. “(Sierra Properties) is not yet ready to come out about who’s coming (to the north side of 56),” Sierra says. “It’s going to be an assortment of restaurants and retail, but I don’t want to speculate. It’s going to be great for the area.”
In the above map (courtesy of Sierra Properties, although modified by WCNN), all of the parcels in light brown are owned by Sierra, while the land in yellow (which includes the site of the future Tampa Premium Outlets mall) is owned by Simon Property Group, although the timetable for its development has not yet been officially set. The roadways in black & green north of S.R. 56 are under development now.

Helping A Friend Raise Money & Remembering Robin Williams An editorial by Gary Nager
Although I am incredibly proud of the work that we do and the ways we’ve always been able to help small, local businesses succeed in and around our distribution areas, I will gladly admit that when it comes to helping worthy people and their worthy causes — and there are too many of them working in our area to name here — our track record isn’t really very good. But, that’s not because we haven’t been trying. Every year, whether in this space or in the hundreds of news stories, Community Calendar items and even ads we run about these wonderful organizations (and businesses), rarely have I heard from those folks that we helped them raise a lot of money. What I hear most is that we, “helped raise awareness of our organization (and/or business), but we don’t know how much of what we raised is attributable to what you did. But, thank you so much for trying.” Of course, when I first purchased the Neighborhood News in 1994, there was no such thing as the internet. And, until the last 3-5 years or so, no one was much able to use the web to raise money for their charitable efforts or their businesses. But, one good result of our digital world has been that nonprofit organizations and businesses around the world have been brought together with supporters in ways previously thought impossible and — despite a world full of faceless scammers online — there are legitimate ways these days to use the internet to help legitimate people raise money to keep their organizations in business. So, when a good friend of mine asked

when the news came that Williams had actually killed himself, there’s no doubt that most of us couldn’t actually believe it was true. I certainly knew nothing about Williams’ broken psyche when I met him at Legends Field here in Tampa in 2008, when his buddy and “Comic Relief” partner Billy Crystal had signed a one-day contract with the New York Yankees, so Crystal could play in a spring training game for his favorite team. Williams and I sat just a few seats from each other and although he definitely was there to watch his friend and not to entertain the crowd, he did have a few moments to share a laugh or two with the rest of us. “Nice swing, Bill,” he said as Crystal swung and missed by a mile. “It’s the only fricking breeze we’ve felt up here all day.” Rest in peace, Mork. You’re sorely missed.

Two Major Drug Busts In Wesley Chapel In Three Weeks By Matt Wiley
Power Diversion Report Leads To Pot Bust
A power diversion investigation has led to the discovery of a marijuana growing operation in Wesley Chapel. According to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO), on August 12 at 3:45 p.m., a deputy responded to a call about power diversion (bypassing a power meter to avoid electricity charges) at 4821 Foxwood Dr. (off S.R. 54). When the deputy arrived, he spoke with supervisors from the Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative (WREC). After inspecting the power meter to the home, the WREC workers determined that two “hot” wires were, indeed, bypassing the electrical meter. Contact was made with the retired homeowner, Roy F. Airas, 62, a nonU.S. citizen born in Roy F. Airas Cuba. Following his arrest, Airas admitted to rigging the wires himself. He also admitted that he had done so to power his marijuana growing operation inside the home. PCSO reports that the scent of marijuana could be smelled in the open air outside of the residence. Airas told deputies about the two growing locations inside the home, and the deputies then proceeded to search the residence. They found lights, fans, carbon dioxide, power fixtures, air conditioners, time clocks and 152 marijuana plants. In addition, deputies also seized a .38 revolver, a 9mm semi-automatic handgun and .22 rifle, as well as “ample” ammunition, which Arias said he used for protection. Airas also was found to have 0.4 grams of cocaine in his left sock. He told deputies that he grew and sold marijuana as a supplemental form of income, but that the cocaine was for personal use. However, after the deputies also found a scale and sifter, Airas admitted to selling
4
cocaine to his friends. Airas has been charged with armed trafficking in marijuana, possession of cocaine and utility service theft. He was released from the Land O’Lakes Detention Center on August 13 on a $25,150 bond.
Pills, Pot, Weapons Taken From Wesley Chapel Home
In addition to the grow house bust, in late July, PCSO delivered a major blow to the prescription pill trade in the county, as well. According to PCSO, during the past 14 months, deputies had been investigating Mark Eisenberg, 55, of 29341 Laughridge Pl. in the Citrus Trace community off S.R. 54. Eisenberg also owns Carpet Outlet, located at 5527 Gall Blvd. in Zephyrhills. PCSO originally received a tip from a Zephyrhills business owner in May of 2013, saying that there appeared to be a large amount of narcotics activity occurring at the Carpet Outlet. PCSO worked in collaboration with the Zephyrhills Police Department (ZPD) as more tips were received about drug activity, both at Eisenberg’s home and at his place of business. The two law enforcement agencies conducted undercover operations at each location, during which time it was witnessed that Eisenberg conducted his narcotics transactions while armed. Eisenberg also was witnessed exchanging narcotics for stateissued Food Stamp EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) cards. The investigation began in September and wrapped up on July 25, when Eisenberg was arrested, along with his live-in girlfriend, Joyce Stafford, 49, also of Wesley Chapel. Two children, one Eisenberg’s own sevenyear-old son and the other an eightyear-old relative, also were found in the home when it was raided. At our press time, the two children were in state custody. During the couple’s arrest, PCSO seized the following: approximately 47 firearms, 11.2 grams of Oxycodone, 33.1 grams of Hydrocodone, 4.3
Investigators said that Eisenberg also bartered pills for the Food Stamp cards. Nocco added that the tip from the aforementioned local business owner ultimately led to the arrests. “When you provide us a tip, it can lead to something,” Nocco said. “Your tips matter.” PCSO deputies also found money and drugs buried in the Mark Eisenberg (left) and Joyce Stafford ground at both the residence and at the business. grams of Hydromorphone (Dilaudid), Eisenberg has been charged with 9.3 grams of Morphine, 0.6 grams of armed trafficking of Oxycodone, Clonazapam (Klonopin), 17.5 grams Hydrocodone, Hydromorphone, Propoxyphene (Propacet), 3.6 grams morphine, possession with intent to sell of Amphetamine (Adderall), 1.0 gram Clonazapam, Propoxyphene, amphetaof Carisoprodol (Soma), 3.89 grams mines, Carisoprodol, Alprazolam, and of Alprazolam (Xanax) and more than marijuana, as well as battery on law six ounces of marijuana. Pasco County Tax Collector’s Office Officially Open In Wesley Chapel By Matt Wiley
Wesley Chapel officially is home to a tax collector’s office, as Pasco Tax Collector Mike Fasano opened his newest location during a ribbon-cutting ceremony on August 4. Located in ComPark 75, about three miles north of S.R. 56 on Wesley Chapel Blvd., the more-than-3,000sq.-ft., full-service tax collector’s office now is open to the public from Wesley Chapel, New Tampa and beyond. “I can’t believe this is happening,” said Fasano, of New Port Richey, during the ceremony that was attended by more than 100 people, including elected officials, ambassadors from the Greater Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce and residents eager to take advantage of the office’s services. Pasco County commissioners Ted Schrader and Henry Wilson, as well as Pasco supervisor of elections Brian Corley and county administrator Michele Baker all came out to help cut the ribbon at Fasano’s newest office. “This was always the dream of (former Pasco tax collector) Mike Olsen,” Fasano said. Olsen had wanted to build a multimillion-dollar office in Wesley Chapel for years using excess fees from the four other tax collector’s offices, but passed away in June 2013. Since being appointed by Florida Governor Rick Scott shortly after Olsen’s death, Fasano has

We didn’t want the government to own another building. We wanted to be able to come into this area quickly and spend less than $1 million to see what we have here today.” Fasano told the crowd that the office held a soft opening that was not advertised the previous Friday. The turnout? More than 200 customers, Fasano said, adding that he and his staff expect to accommodate between 5,000-8,000 people per month from all over the state. He attributes this to the office being the “only one of its kind

Southern Living Chooses Javic Homes, Brookside For 2015 ‘Showcase Home’ By Matt Wiley
Wesley Chapel will be featured in the largest regional lifestyle publication in the U.S., the glossy home magazine Southern Living, when Javic Homes completes a new house in the Brookside community, located next to Saddlebrook Resort off S.R. 54. Part of the Southern Living Custom Builder program — a group of more than 100 of the top custom home builders in the southern U.S. brought together by Southern Living magazine — Tampa-based Javic Homes broke ground on the “2015 Southern Living Showcase Home” in Brookside on July 29. The home is scheduled to be completed next spring. “Showcase Homes” are custombuilt, open to the public and showcase the latest products, design trends and decorating ideas featured in the publication, which celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2016. Javic Homes owner and president Jon Solomon says that the Brookside home will be the second “Showcase Home” the builder has constructed, having also been selected to construct a similar project last year in the Beach Park neighborhood of South Tampa. “I think we were chosen again because of the quality of our work and how pleased customers were with the last house and its success,” Solomon says, adding that last year’s home sold
selling for more than $800,000. Once completed, the public will be welcome to tour the house for a small admission fee. The proceeds from those admissions will benefit Shriners Hospitals for ChildrenTampa® and Operation Finally Home, a non-profit group (Above) An artist’s rendering of the 2015 Southern Living magazine that builds homes for ‘Showcase Home’ that currently is being constructed by Javic Homes in severely injured comthe Brookside community of Wesley Chapel. within one week of going on the market. He adds that he doesn’t think that the new home will last long, either. “Brookside always has been sort of a hidden gem in Wesley Chapel,” Solomon says. “I think the community is a great fit (for us).” Solomon also explains that many of the homes inside Brookside already are custom-built, Southern Living-inspired homes, which makes it a perfect locale for this year’s “Showcase Home.” The 4,000-sq.-ft., “traditionalstyle,” high-end luxury home should be completed by the spring of 2015. Solomon says that the home will feature innovative and beautiful products seen in Southern Living, with a focus on durability and comfort. Solomon estimates that the home could end up

According to Solomon, Javic was able to raise and split more than $20,000 for the same charities last year. “I think that the community is going to really enjoy (the home),” Solomon says. “The events are lots of fun for people to attend. We’ll have kids’ activities and live music.” The home will be open to the public for five or six weeks on weekends, although dates and times have not yet been set. During the week, private functions will be held. For more information, please visit JavicHomes.com.

Wesley Chapel New Tampa Man Charged With Hate Crime
Firing a weapon from a car is a felony. Firing a gun into a business after making racial slurs towards an employee can get a person into even more trouble — especially if the bomb squad is called in to respond — as one New Tampa man has learned. According to the Tampa Police Department (TPD), at 12:14 a.m. on August 21, Clay Sidney Allred, 29, of the Amberly Place apartments in Tampa Palms, walked into the Clay Allred Mobil station at Bruce B. Downs (BBD) Blvd. and E. Fowler Ave. and ended up in an argument with a store employee, identified as Hassan Qadratullan, 28, of Tampa. During the argument, the TPD report says that Allred allegedly made racial slurs about “Qadratullan’s Arabic ethnicity.” Following the argument, Allred reportedly got into his red Jeep Wrangler and backed out of his parking space, but stopped in front of the store. He then pulled out a gun and fired three shots into the store, hitting no one, and drove away. At the same time, two TPD officers were in the vicinity of the Mobil station and responded within seconds of hearing the shots and immediately put out the description of Allred’s Jeep. Another TPD officer spotted Allred making a U-turn at BBD and E. Fowler Ave. and followed him until enough units caught up with him to pull Allred over at E. Fletcher Ave. and Magnolia Dr. Allred was taken into custody and his vehicle was searched. The report says that two semi-automatic pistols were in plain sight, along with an AR-15 assault rifle and additional military equipment. Before searching further, TPD officers called their Bomb Squad to finish the search, which did not turn up any explosives, but did find ammunition, knives, camouflage vests and a helmet, as well as a white costume mask and a baseball bat. Allred was charged with aggravated assault (a hate crime), shooting from a vehicle and criminal mischief. At our press
News Briefs time, he remained in custody in lieu of a $15,500 bond.
Serious Crash Closes County Line Rd. For Hours
An early morning crash on County Line Rd. which closed the road for nearly three hours has left two men seriously injured. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), at 6:44 a.m. on August 21, Jonathan Atramgarza, 20, of Tampa, was driving his 2004 Dodge Stratus westbound on County Line Rd., just east of Cypress Creek Rd. At the same time, 43-year-old Steve Falcon, of Lutz, was traveling eastbound on County Line Rd. in his 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. FHP reports that Atramgarza lost control of his vehicle and entered the northbound shoulder. When he over-corrected, he crossed back over County Line Rd. and hit Falcon’s vehicle. Atramgarza’s car rotated clockwise and came to rest in the westbound lane. The collision caused Falcon’s vehicle to spin clockwise and enter the southern shoulder. The Hyundai flipped into the ditch next to the road. FHP reports that both drivers were airlifted to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa with serious injuries. Seatbelts were worn and alcohol doesn’t appear to be a factor in the crash, which closed County Line Rd. until 9:30 a.m.
Wesley Chapel Man Steals Lotto Tickets, Loses
Winning the lottery is tough. Most of us never cash a big winning ticket, but one Wesley Chapel man decided to try another method: just steal them. According to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO), on August 17, Matthew Benjamin McDanal, 19, of the Hamilton Park community on S.R. 54, was arrested and accused of stealing lottery tickets from his employer, a Radiant gas station located at S.R. 54 and Collier Pkwy. in Lutz. Matthew McDanal PCSO reports that
over a four-hour period during his shift on August 9, McDanal stole 325 scratch-off lottery tickets from a display in the store, throwing away the losing tickets. The report says that McDanal also printed five lottery tickets without paying for them. The total loss for the gas station came to $4,108. McDanal was observed stealing the tickets on the store’s surveillance video and admitted after his arrest to stealing and cashing them in at other locations. He was charged with grand theft and released from the Pasco County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
and red reverse reflectors. Drugs and alcohol are the common factor that only the driver(s) can prevent.” Gaskins says that, although there have been several this year, “wrong-way crashes make up about three percent of traffic crashes, but often result in injury or death, especially due to the speeds involved.” Gaskins says that there only was about a four-minute window between receiving the call about Duran and the time of the crash, which left little time for law enforcement to respond or to broadcast warnings to other drivers.
Wrong-Way Crash Injured WC Ambulance Driver
New Tampa Child Falls From Third Story
Unfortunately, it’s been a busy year for wrong-way crashes on Tampa’s interstate highways, as another fatality has been reported in the third wrong-way crash on I-275 this year. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), at 2:44 a.m. on August 15, the agency received a call about a wrongway driver in a 1997 Honda Accord (later identified as Edward Jose Duran, 23, of Tampa) headed west on I-4 near 50th St. in the eastbound lanes near Tampa. Duran continued west and merged into the inside, southbound lane of I-275, heading north. At the same time, Tarel Omar Peralta, 24, of Wesley Chapel, was driving a Transcare ambulance with Kemecia Tasha Gaye Smith, 24, of Lutz, headed south on I-275, just north of Floribraska Ave. The two vehicles collided head-on, causing the ambulance to spin counterclockwise and roll onto the driver’s side, landing on the inside southbound shoulder of I-275 facing north. No patients were inside the ambulance at the time of the crash. Peralta and Smith sustained minor injuries and were taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa. Duran died at the scene. Duran was carrying no forms of identification when he crashed and the registration for the vehicle was inconclusive, which identifying him difficult. The crash closed southbound I-275 until 5:17 a.m. Drugs and alcohol are suspected and a toxicology report is pending. “The common factor in all three wrong-way crash cases is drugs and alcohol,” says FHP Sgt. Steve Gaskins. “The roadways are designed properly — with warnings to drivers regarding traveling in the wrong direction — and include signage
A New Tampa child is lucky to be alive after falling from a third-story window. According to Tampa Fire Rescue (TFR), at 3:37 p.m. on August 13, emergency crews responded to a 911 call from the Andover Place apartments, located off Kinnan St. near Cross Creek Blvd. The call said that a three-year-old girl, identified as Mumina Nass, had fallen about 30 feet from the window of a 3rd-floor apartment. When paramedics arrived, the girl was alert and showed no obvious signs of injury. However, because of TFR protocol, she was transported by helicopter to Tampa General Hospital (TGH) downtown. Paramedics were told that the girl had been jumping on a bed near the window and fell out of it. Her mother was home at the time of the incident. TFR reports that the child’s current condition is unknown and TGH representatives say that they have been asked by the family not to comment about her condition.

Fatal Crash Closes I-75
A Brooksville man has died, following a crash that shut down southbound I-75 in Wesley Chapel for hours. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), just after 6:30 a.m. on August 11, Charles L. Hostetter, Jr., 36, was traveling southbound in the outside lane on I-75 in his Dodge Dakota pickup truck, just north of S.R. 56. At the same time, Michael A. Hakey, 49, of Fremont, IN, also was driving southbound in a semi truck in the center lane that was towing a low trailer, followed by another semi truck driven by Quinin L. Travis, 50, of Midwest City, OK.

FHP reports that Hostetter merged to the center lane and struck Hakey’s trailer, causing the pickup truck to spin half way around. Travis’ semi then collided with the driver’s side of Hostetter’s pickup. Both the semi and the pickup came to rest along the inside paved shoulder and travel lane, while Hakey came to a controlled stop. Hostetter died of his injuries at the scene. The crash closed the interstate between S.R. 54 and S.R. 56 for more than four hours, as crews had to cut the pickup truck apart to get Hostetter out. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash, FHP reports.
‘Suspicious Man’ Charged With Attempted Kidnapping
A “suspicious man” reported at Hampton Park in Tampa Palms has been arrested and charged with attempted kidnapping. TPD reports that, at around 1:30 p.m. on August 4, a woman was at Hampton Park (16311 Tampa Palms Blvd. W.) with her two children. The woman, an Enclave resident, told police that while she was at the park, a suspicious man — later identified as James Wood, 22, of the Manchester community in Tampa Palms — walked up behind her and grabbed her shoulder. When she was grabbed, the James Wood victim screamed, which caught the attention of the park’s security guard. The guard witnessed the suspect chasing the victim, so he chased the suspect into a heavily wooded, swampy area. The guard lost the suspect, but instructed someone to call 9-1-1. TPD responded with officers, a K-9 unit and a search helicopter to canvas the area. TPD located and made contact with the suspect just before 1 a.m. on August 5. After further investigation, TPD reports that Wood attempted to grab the victim’s infant from her arms, but she was able to get away. Wood has been charged with felony attempted kidnapping and, at our press time, was still being held in the Hillsborough County jail without bond.
Ponce On CNN’s ‘The Hunt’
Nearly two years after killing a Wesley Chapel resident in a drunk driving wrongway accident, the Tampa man identified by law enforcement officials as being responsible for the crash still is on the loose, and recently was featured on CNN’s “The Hunt” TV show. Aired on August 3, “The Hunt” — a show that highlights some of the mostwanted fugitives in the U.S. — was broadcast nationwide in hopes that someone will recognize and help lead authorities to discovering the whereabouts of 24-yearold Tampa resident Christopher Ponce. Ponce originally was arrested on July 19, 2012, for driving under the influence and traveling north in the southbound lanes of I-275, just south of the I-4 interchange in Tampa, in a 2012 Ford Fusion. Neighborhood News
Ponce struck a 2000 Ford Mustang driven by William Brooks Angel, 20, of Wesley Chapel, who was traveling with two other passengers. As a result of the collision, Angel sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene. His passengers also sustained serious injuries, but recovered. Ponce was arrested and charged with DUI, Christopher DUI manslaughter, vePonce hicular homicide, DUI with serious bodily injury and reckless driving. He was being monitored with an ankle bracelet, but reportedly removed it on May 9 and skipped town. In May, the U.S. Marshals Office announced a $5,000 reward for any information leading to Ponce’s arrest. The U.S. Marshals Office says that Ponce could be anywhere in the U.S., or even beyond. The agency urges anyone who comes into contact with him not to try to apprehend him, but (if in or near Tampa) to call 415-1967. More information about the case can be found at FindChrisPonce.com, a website started by Angel’s family to spread awareness about the fugitive.

Wesley Chapel Mother, Infant Killed In I-4 Crash
A Wesley Chapel woman and an infant have died, following an early morning crash on I-4 near Tampa. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), Ruben Molina, 29, of Wesley Chapel, was driving a 2008 Hyundai Entourage van westbound on I-4 around 1:12 a.m. on August 3, when he lost control of the vehicle and traveled off the interstate, west of County Road 579. The FHP report says that the van drove over the shoulder and across a concrete culvert, before traveling up a grass embankment and through a chain link fence. The van flipped over several times and finally landed on its left side. The front seat passenger, Wesley Chapel resident Amanda Lynn Osborn, 30, was ejected from the van and died at the scene, the report says. Osborn and Molina’s five-month-old daughter, Madilyna Molina, were transported to Tampa General Hospital (TGH), but later died from her injuries as well. Two boys, Elija Molina, 9, and Ruben Molina, 7, also were taken to TGH in critical condition. Molina and a female passenger — identified as Ruben’s sister, Marialena Molina, 26, also of Wesley Chapel — sustained minor injuries and also were taken to TGH. It has been determined that alcohol was not a factor in the crash and that no one involved in the incident was wearing a seat belt, nor were any of the children in a child restraint seat, including the 5-month-old. Anyone with any information about this case is urged to call FHP at 631-4020. @NTWCNews

WCCC Fall Festival Returns Oct. 11 MS Fund Raiser At Spa Moritz Sep. 20! Despite our still-sweltering temperatures, to celebrate the beginning of fall, the Greater Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce (WCCC) is putting on its sixth annual Fall Festival, in conjunction with the Rotary Club of Wesley Chapel (which meets Wednesdays at noon at Ciao! Italian Bistro in the Shops at Wiregrass mall). On Saturday, October 11, local residents can look forward to a FREE day of live music and entertainment for all ages at The Grove shopping plaza, sponsored by Javic Homes (see page 9), Wesley Chapel Nissan and The Grove. There, of course, also will be carnival-style food and beverages for sale, and plenty of other vendor tents. The WCCC expects to draw more than 10,000 attendees to this year’s event. Although last year’s Fall Fest took place during the course of an entire weekend, to better serve the community, this year’s event will take place on just one day. “The Festival is now just a one-day event,” says WCCC executive director Hope Allen. “But, we will still have a great line up for a full day of entertainment.” Headlining the performers this year is Bryan Edwards, who was nominated twice for the 2013 Grammy Awards. His album “Nothing Left to Burn” was nominated for Country Album of the Year and his song “Still” was nominated for Country Song of the Year. The Florida native also earned his first major songwriting credit on Jason Aldean’s 2011 CMA Album of the Year, “My Kinda Party” as a co-writer on the song “If She Could See Me Now.”

The Fall Festival will again feature the annual “Wing Battle” between the area’s chicken wing-oriented eateries. Last year’s stand-out performances came from Beef O’Brady’s and Ker’s Wing House. Who will woo the judges this year? Rotary’s event co-chair Sabrina di Roma says the Wesley Chapel Rotary will again host the annual Little Miss & Mr. Pumpkin Patch Pageant (photo), the Pumpkin Patch and Hay Rides, and this year will also sponsor a pet contest and the first-ever Rotary Village for kids! Quality Cleaning & Services Puts A Brand New Shine On Your Home, Business By Celeste McLaughlin
Suyanne (you can call her “Sue”) Neves, the owner of Quality Cleaning & Services in New Tampa and Wesley Chapel, believes a clean, fresh home will make you smile. She says this is especially true if the people cleaning it enjoy their work and bring a great energy into your home. And, that’s what Patti Perkins says Quality Cleaning & Services does for her, ever since Sue and her team began cleaning Patti’s Wesley Chapel home several years ago. “They’re phenomenal,” Patti says. “After they clean my house, I look around and there is not a thing that doesn’t sparkle. I literally can’t find dust in the house. My wood floors are so clean I can see my face in them.” That’s the high level of service Sue says her clients always receive from Quality Cleaning & Services. She started the company four years ago when she and her family moved to New Tampa. She also continues to operate a separate cleaning business that she says she began in Sarasota 17 years ago. Sue believes this extensive experience ensures that each of her clients will be completely satisfied when they hire the Quality Cleaning team. “The girls who clean my house are wonderful,” says Patti. “I have built a relationship with them, and they continue to surprise me by going over

and above my expectations. I’ve used cleaning services before, but not like this. Anything they see that needs to be done, they do. Every detail. And, I love that they even fold my toilet paper like in a hotel.” Sue says she believes building relationships is the key to happy clients, although always having a super-clean home helps, too. For each new client, she insists on an in-person, on-site meeting at the home or business that will be cleaned. This allows her to give a fair and accurate price quote, based upon the size and condition of the space, and lets her get to know her clients and their needs. “We like to work however each client prefers,” says Sue. “Every person is different, and has different things that are important to them.” She adds that she also takes the opportunity to ask questions that will help her team be sure to clean exactly the way the client wants, such as: Bleach or no bleach? Any allergies? Okay to tidy up, or should papers remain untouched? “My employees are honest, responsible and always on time,” she says. Typically, homes are cleaned by a team of two employees. Unless a client requests differently, the same team will be sent to their location for each scheduled cleaning, so that those employees can get to know their clients and be sure their specific expectations are met.
Sue notes that homes and businesses can be cleaned as often as a client prefers, from one-time cleanings to weekly, biand tri-weekly or even monthly services. “We are proud that we tend to have both long-term clients and long-term employees,” she says, explaining that she views her employees as business partners. For example, several employees in her Sarasota business have worked for Sue Does your home or business need a quality cleaning? Give for eight years or more. But, she promises to provide a spotless, sparkling house that meets her own lofty expectations at a price that will always be fair and reasonable. Sue, who originally is from Brazil

SPOTLIGHT ON... Get More Offers.com! Licensed real estate Broker Keith Gordon is the co-owner of Florida’s largest discount real estate brokerage firm, ADDvantage Real Estate Services. Along with his partner/marketing director Erin Knorr, Gordon created GetMoreOffers.com in 2005 out of the belief that the traditional real estate commission model is flawed. The partners’ intention was to build a “customer first” discount real estate brokerage and the plan worked — today, ADDvantage has grown to have an average of more than 500 active listings statewide, with 475 homes generating $145 million+ in sales in the past year alone. Keith and Erin believe real estate should be more transactional, allowing sellers to gain more control, saving a considerable amount of money in commissions but, at the same time, still having access to the expertise required to navigate the selling process and net the most possible. Keith says that he recently began sending his customer base a weekly email, encouraging sellers to be vigilant about price and to not hesitate to drop price now, as opposed to later, if that fits their plan. “Rates are artificially low and the stock market is sending a clear signal that the Fed will raise rates in the short order,” Gordon explains. “The real estate market is already weak, as prices in Tampa Bay have been trending down since August of 2013, but now, there are signs of rates heading up. Short term, though, a bounce in rates should stimulate the market by motivating buyers and sellers to get busy.” Gordon adds, “The factors currently influencing the economy are: strong indus-

trial production numbers, an upward trend in wages (sorely needed in the U.S.) and an extremely bullish market. But, the back drop is a still-weak real estate market. Builders are now competing with existing homes for customers and there is no stopping building corporations chasing building profits, something we learned from 2004-06.” ADDvantage helps sellers succeed in selling at any price, Gordon says, thanks to the group’s comprehensive marketing and superior customer service. And, the firm’s average days for a property on the market from listing to contract is 66 days (shorter than industry standards), proving that the group is doing something right. “My advice to homeowners right now: price tight to the market,” he says. “Leave no wiggle room, just sell and get your new home bought before rates go up. The truth is buyers will still pay for what they want even it means fullprice or higher.” ADDvantage Real Estate Services also is affiliated with Frontier National Title and can be reached at (727) 942-2929 or at GetMoreOffers.com.

New Tampa Dance Theatre Celebrates 20th Year Of Business By Kelly Miller
With reality shows like “So You Think You Can Dance” and “Dancing With The Stars” still gaining in popularity, there’s a misconception that dance is all about flashy, ego-driven competition. That couldn’t be further from the truth at the New Tampa Dance Theatre (NTDT), located on Cross Creek Blvd. (across from Heritage Isles in New Tampa). Owner and artistic director Dyane Elkins IronWing focuses on creating an atmosphere where you and your child can have a drama-free dance experience. This is an exciting year for Elkins IronWing, as she is celebrating three huge milestones. First, it’s the 20th anniversary for NTDT (which originally opened in Pebble Creek in 1995), the 15th anniversary for the studio’s interpretation of Tchaikovsky’s classic ballet “The Nutcracker” and the 10th anniversary for the Sugar Plum Fairy Tea (see below). “We have an amazing season ahead of us,” Elkins IronWing said. “We want to thank all of our trusting and loyal families over the years and the organizations that continually support us. Without their recognition and time, this wouldn’t be possible.” NTDT opened in the Pebble Creek Collection on Bruce B. Downs (BBD) Blvd., but in 2006, Elkins IronWing purchased land on Cross Creek Blvd, building and personally designing a 10,000-sq.-ft. professional dance training facility, with 7,500-sq.-ft. of it as a standalone dance space. It was the first and is still the larg-
est dance training facility in New Tampa. Moving to the new, bigger location meant more classrooms, which allowed for a larger schedule selection and smaller class sizes. Elkins IronWing’s love of dance is what led her to open her own dance theatre. A dancer herself, she says she started training at age five and eventually studied at the Ballet Metropolitan in New York City. She and her husband Troy IronWing continue to tour nationally with the Rhythm Extreme Performance Troupe, something they’ve been doing as a couple for the past 10 years. Troy also has been NTDT’s director of tap dance since 2003, and he leads beginning and intermediate adult tap classes. Whether dancers are seeking recreational classes or pre-professional training, NTDT literally caters to everyone. Along with classical ballet, the studio offers full programs in modern, jazz, tap, hip hop, and creative movement, each of which has its own director and a specific syllabus to accomplish. Teen/Adult classes include four eightweek sessions (from Sept.-May) of Jazz Funk, Adult Tap, and Ballet Barre Exercise. Children ages 3-4 can participate in the Early Childhood Program, ages 5-8 can participate in the Children’s Program, and ages 9-18 can participate in the Youth Program. Some of the school’s spectacular instructors include modern dance director Carla Armstrong, who holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in dance from the prestigious Juilliard School in New York City, local choreographer Dreama Davidson,
who directs hip hop dance classes, as well as both Dyane and Troy, who teach jazz and tap, respectively.

Kids Pre-Prof. Program
Students participating in NTDT’s pre-professional program become equally proficient in multiple art forms, from classical ballet to modern jazz and tap. This allows for more opportunities for success in the very competitive world of dance. Many NTDT students have been accepted into prestigious summer intensive programs, including School of American Ballet and American Ballet Theater in New York City, The Harid Conservatory in Boca Raton, the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago and the Boston Ballet. Two former NTDT students have even received full-ride scholarships to the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University in Manhattan, NYC. NTDT alumni also have gone on to professional careers in dance, with highly respected companies such as Pilobolus in Connecticut, Paul Taylor 2 Dance Company and Parsons Dance Company in New York City, Broadway and Off-Broadway productions and for the Walt Disney Company. Arbor Greene resident Randi Guerne believes, “NTDT’s professional staff encourages strong technique while still having fun. As a parent, I feel this is very important, as it solidifies a positive self-image during their school years.” Randi’s daughter, Krista Guerne, a freshman honors student at Paul R. Wharton High, has been dancing at NTDT for 11 years. Randi says that because
New Tampa Dance Theatre students Joshua Armstrong, 9, and Amanda Tanner, 10, perform a modern dance routine during this past season’s “Spring Production.” of her training, Krista has been accepted and has attended and performed with some of the top national dance companies during her summer breaks from school.
Recreational Program
NTDT’s reputation is one of creating strong, professional dancers. However, Elkins IronWing says that 60 percent of the studio’s students are enrolled in the popular recreational programs. That means all of the students benefit from the same high-quality training that is the hallmark of NTDT. And, the cost is more affordable than you think! Besides the monthly tuition, there is only a small costume rental fee for

recitals. You won’t find any hidden costs, such as performance fees or the requirement to purchase advertising. The NTDT facility has many special features, including maple flooring for the tap classes, 15-20 ft.-tall mirrored walls, student locker rooms and a large studio space that can accommodate up to 200 people. Because Elkins IronWing knows that dance is extremely strenuous on the body, NTDT also has sprung floors that provide shock absorption to protect the dancer’s joints. There’s even a physical therapist on site to ensure the health of the dancers. And, with many parents rushing home from work to get the kids to dance practice, they’ll especially appreciate the on-site café that offers hot meals, as well as drinks, snacks and even tasty ice cream. New Tampa residents Paula and Ron Nelson say they enrolled their daughter Malia in Creative Movement classes at NTDT when she was only three years old. Now, six years later, she’s moved up to the youth program, where she’s enrolled in ballet, tap, jazz, modern and hip hop. “As a result of the yearly recitals at the University of South Florida (USF), Malia loves performing on stage and has absolutely no stage fright,” Paula explains. “This has carried over to school, where she’s comfortable making presentations to her classmates and participating in yearly school plays.” As a student at NTDT, all dancers have the opportunity to perform in the “Spring Production” and — through NTDT’s nonprofit-partner, Dance Theatre of Tampa (DTT) — they also can perform in the “Summer Concert Series.” This dance performance is held every June at USF and is

It’s an original production created by Elkins IronWing and her staff, based upon their interpretation of the Tchaikovsky classic. “The Nutcracker” is performed every December at USF’s College of the Arts Theater 1. Tickets go on sale October 20 for the December 19-21, 2014, performances. For the past five years, DTT also has been offering the community a sneak peak of “The Nutcracker” at the Shops at Wiregrass. This year’s free performances are on November 29 and December 5, 6, 12, 13 & 14. DTT’s most popular fund raiser, “The Sugar Plum Fairy Tea” — which will be held Sunday, December 7, 2 p.m.-4 p.m., at the USF Gibbons Alumni Center — quickly sells out each year. Participants enjoy a light lunch, scrumptious desserts (including a chocolate fountain), exciting giveaways, a sneak preview of “The Nutcracker,” and an opportunity to dance with Clara (the lead role of the young girl who receives the beloved Nutcracker as a Christmas gift) and Clara’s “party friends.” Each year, a portion of the proceeds from the Tea are donated to The Ronald McDonald House Charities in South Tampa. It’s easy to see why NTDT was voted 2014’s “Best Dance Theater” in the Northeast area for the second year in a row by The Tampa Tribune’s Northeast Edition. The key is setting high expectations all while having fun and building self-confidence.” Through personal attention and professional expertise, the NTDT faculty is committed to providing a positive educational experience based on their core principles of respect, responsibility, and teamwork, Elkins IronWing explains. Students gain self-esteem, determination and a strong work ethic — skills that allow them to succeed and attain their future goals. “I believe this has carried us into our amazing celebration that will continue through the next 20 years,” she says. “I look forward to an even brighter future. The best is yet to come!” NTDT offers year-round free trial classes for prospective dancers of all ages.

WaZoo Serves Brews, Raises Thousands For Lowry Park Zoo By Matt Wiley
Craft beer is all the rage these days, with craft breweries popping up all over the Tampa Bay area. With so many beers to try, it’s a good thing that events exist like Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo’s 19th annual WaZoo Beer Festival. The event not only quenches attendees’ thirst for creative craft brews, but also raises money for the zoo. Director of public relations Rachel Nelson says that this year’s WaZoo raised more than $130,000 that will go towards animal care, education programs at the zoo and to help the zoo’s global conservation initiatives. Dark skies brought on an ominous vibe for the beer fest in the hours leading up to the event. A storm that rocked the New Tampa area on the afternoon of August 2 fizzled out as it moved south, providing dry, but humid weather at the zoo (located off W. Sligh Ave. in Tampa), at least until the sun went down and the skies opened up. However, a little rain didn’t stop this beer drinker from partaking and documenting the scene. With no animals on display
at the zoo, it was up to the nearly 4,000 attendees to be the wildlife. With 14 eateries on hand and more than 80 breweries distributed by J.J. Taylor from across the country presenting the option to try more than 300 craft beers, ales and hard ciders (many of which are not commonly seen on supermarket shelves), this challenge was not taken lightly by many. First to drink all 300 beers “wins.” (Just kidding.) Among the noteworthy breweries included Newport, Oregon’s Rogue Ales, which brought out its infamous Yellow Snow India Pale Ale (IPA), and Voodoo Doughnut Pretzel, Raspberry & Chocolate Ale, which tastes exactly how it sounds: amazing. Tampa’s own Cigar City Brewing brought out a keg of its freshly brewed Marshal Zhukov’s Imperial Stout, along with local bar regulars (and this writer’s personal favorite) Jai Alai IPA and the easy-going Hotter Than Helles lager, with the Cigar City Brewpub serving up stuffed peppers at an adjacent tent. Talk about the perfect pairing of beer with food! Other food vendors included Ker’s
Wing House, Kona Grill, BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, Big Momma’s Smokehouse BBQ, Brick House Tavern & Tap, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, James Joyce Irish Pub & Eatery, Papa John’s Pizza, Sonny’s BBQ, Tijuana Flats and more. It was difficult to walk past San Diegobased Stone Brewing Co. without trying its signature Stone IPA and Arrogant Bastard Ale, which the brewery openly admits, “You probably won’t like it.” Arrogant, indeed. Tampa Bay Beers, a home brewers club that meets the first Tuesday of each month at Mr. Dunderbaks (located in the Oak Ramble shopping plaza, just south of Tampa Palms on BBD), also was in attendance, pouring samples of traditional beer styles, including IPAs, lagers and porters, but also brought a chocolate-strawberry milk stout. Delicious.
Other notable vendors included Peabody’s Billiards & Games, which had a beer pong table game set up and also had its new, signature Peabody’s Brand Wing Sauce for sale. All in all, despite getting soaked, the event was a success and I had a blast. The next fund raiser for the zoo is ZooBoo, a Halloween celebration that begins October 3 and runs nightly during the weekends through November 1. For more information, please visit LowryParkZoo.com.

Toast Wine Café Offers New Menu Items, Wine Dinners, Catering & More By Gary Nager; Photos by Matt Wiley
If you live in Wesley Chapel and you’re a fan of fine wines and great food, you may or may not already know all about Toast Wine & Café in the Oak Ramble Plaza on Bruce B. Downs (BBD) Blvd. (just south of Tampa Palms) and my buddy (and Toast co-owner/Wesley Chapel resident) Hector Gonzalez, the most knowledgeable wine guy in our distribution areas. Hector can not only tell you which wines to pair with which foods, he says his specialty is getting you the best possible wine values for your money. “If you’re usually in that $20-$50 range when you buy wine,” says Hector, “I can keep you in that price range but the wines I pick might be as good as those you’d buy in the $50-$100 range at a boutique wine store someplace else.” But, Hector is so much more than just a “wine guy.” Over the past couple of years, he says he has had a lot of success with wine pairing dinners at Toast and, at least at first, he would bring in top chefs
from area restaurants and catering companies to prepare the menus for those amazing dinners. “I have always been a foodie myself,” he says. “I’ve been working with and observing great chefs since I was 18, so my love of wine actually grew out of my love for great food. Win A Two-Night Clearwater Beach Stay In Our 2014 Dining Survey & Contest! Our annual Reader Survey & Dining Contest is always one of our most popular features every year, with last year’s contest bringing in a record number (nearly 2,000!) of entries, and we believe this year’s 20th annual New Tampa & Wesley Chapel Neighborhood News Reader Dining Survey & Contest will surpass last year’s because we have our biggest & best Grand Prize ever! Just for filling out the entry form on these pages and sending it by mail, fax or email (you also can enter at NTNeighborhoodNews.com), you can win a two-night stay at the totally revamped (and beautiful) Shephard’s Beach Resort on Clearwater Beach, plus a one-hour Jet Ski ride & a $100 gift card to use at any of Shephard’s revamped restaurants, including the “interactive” new Ocean Flame restaurant. This spectacular Grand Prize has a total value of about $700! And, as always, our contest is still 100% free to enter! There are 18 categories on these two pages. To be eligible to win our Grand Prize (or ANY of our other great dining prizes; see below for details), you MUST vote for FIVE (5) restaurants in the two categories below, and ONE (1) restaurant in AT LEAST HALF OF THE CATEGORIES ON THE NEXT PAGE! The restaurants in our two distribution areas really do appreciate your votes, so we hope that this year’s prize will attract more voters who will take the time to give us as much input as possible. Yes, we know that some restaurants try to have their loyal customers stuff the ballot boxes every year, but so many of the people who enter at the restaurant locations themselves only fill in one name for every category or just a couple of categories and those ballots will NOT be counted, nor will those who don’t fill in enough categories be eligible for either the Grand Prize or our runner-up prizes of a $50 gift card to the restaurant of your choice, or any of three other dining gift certificates worth at least $25 each. And, we’re making it easier than ever for you to enter, by providing the names of all of the independently-owned and small (fewer than 20 locations) chain restaurants in each category. And yes, you can still write-in the names of the larger chain restaurants in any category, but we only provide the names of the “Mom-and-Pops” because they don’t have the benefit of being able to afford regional and national TV, national magazine and local radio ads that the large chains have running all year-round. So, have fun. Only one entry per person will be accepted, although the contest will run in our August, September and October New Tampa & Wesley Chapel issues. The entry deadline is Monday, November 3, 2014. No purchase necessary and Grand Prize winner must be age 18 or older. — GN

Sprinkles Features Hershey’s Ice Cream, Family Fun In Wesley Chapel By Celeste McLaughlin
On a recent Friday afternoon, Tiffany Walensky and her two little girls stopped in Sprinkles Ice Cream Parlor, located next to Super Target in the Northwood Plaza at the intersection of Bruce B. Downs (BBD) Blvd. and County Line Rd. “We discovered Sprinkles several months ago and now, we visit a few times a month,” says Tiffany, who lives in New River Township on S.R. 54 in Wesley Chapel, and is a photographer. “Sprinkles has a great variety of flavors, is in a great location, and it’s always fun to take the kids out for something they enjoy.” Tiffany’s daughters, Brooke and Bailey, smiled from ear to ear as they enjoyed their afternoon treat. Brooke, who’s 7, had orange sherbet (which she called her new favorite), while her little

sister Bailey, 2, enjoyed a cup of strawberry ice cream. “We appreciate that the staff is always super friendly and there’s plenty of seating available,” Tiffany says. “We’re at Target a lot, so it’s very convenient.” Kim Adams opened Sprinkles last November, after 20 years in the banking industry. She says she was looking for something new and decided to pursue her long-time dream of opening her own small business. “I opened Sprinkles because every step along the way just felt right,” explains Kim. “I knew I wanted to sell high-quality ice cream and when I met with the people from Hershey’s Ice Cream, I got a great vibe.” So, she decided to open an independent, locally owned shop selling Hershey’s ice cream. The Hershey’s Ice Cream brand has been made in Harrisburg, PA, since 1894. The company is not, and never has been affiliated, with the chocolate company of the same name, even though it has a similar logo. Although Kim says there are a couple of places where you can find Hershey’s Ice Cream locally (a coffee shop and a cupcake store), she has (by far) the largest variety. Sprinkles always has at least 36 Hershey’s flavors available, with new flavors every week. “We just got Rocky Road in this week for a customer who requested it,” says Kim, who adds that she is always
happy to go the extra mile for her customers. “The product is phenomenal and people love it. So, we make sure we have a clean parlor and excellent customer service, and pay attention to details so every customer always has a great experience.” Some of the most popular flavors at Sprinkles are cookies and cream, coconut, red velvet Owner Kim Adams invites you to enjoy delicious Hershey’s Ice cake, and the chocolate Cream & more at Sprinkles Ice Cream Parlor in the Northwood lover’s favorite Moose Plaza on BBD at County Line Rd. in Wesley Chapel. The Latest & Greatest News About Dining, Shopping, Retail & More In New Tampa & Wesley Chapel!
Keep Cutting Those Ribbons!
Among the recent ribbon-cutting events we attended that the Greater Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce (WCCC) has held since our last issue was the WCCC event for the new Jersey Mike’s Subs (1662 BBD Blvd.; photo, near right) in the Shoppes at New Tampa of Wesley Chapel, near Bonefish Grill. Actual sub paper was cut (instead of red ribbon) to commemorate the opening of the sub shop. For info, call 973-0600 or visit JerseyMikes.com. An even bigger event was the Grand Opening and WCCC ribbon cutting at the new Walmart Store #3418 (28500 S.R. 54, a half mile east of BBD) on August 13. Walmart’s opening (photos bottom left & right) featured not only the WCCC ribbon cutting, but also inspiring music from the Wesley Chapel High Wildcats marching band, several elected officials (and political candidates, including former Zephyrhills Mayor Danny Burgess, who is running for the Florida legislature and who gave an update about our area’s ongoing development) and a total of $8,000 in donations from Walmart to Watergrass Elementary, the Lions Club of Wesley Chapel (see item below), Victorious Life Church (Victorious Life Pastor Ed Russo gave the invocation at the event), the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office and to the WCH marching band. Most folks in attendance, however, were anxious to see the new Walmart open and check out Wesley Chapel’s only “superstore,” which is huge, nicer than most Walmarts and packed with bargains. In fact, bargain hunters have helped keep traffic backed up around the Walmart light at 54 and Wesley Chapel Blvd. since the store opened. We’ll update you in a future issue about some of the

eateries and businesses coming to the area around the new Walmart. Also on Aug. 13, the WCCC hosted its second ribbon cutting of the day at the new Wesley Chapel Montessori School (5401 Post Oak Blvd., behind Ker’s WingHouse; photo top far right). With food provided by City Grill (on S.R. 54, east of I-75, in the Wesley Chapel Village Market), Wesley Chapel Montessori president and founder Pavitra Arni thanked not only her students, parents, staff and the WCCC, but also “the (Wesley Chapel) Neighborhood News for helping to make all of this possible.” For more info, call 737-7517 or visit WCMontessori.com. • Unfortunately, the Grand Opening & WCCC Ribbon Cutting events at Pure Barre New Tampa (18091 Highwoods Preserve Pkwy., off BBD) on Aug. 23 and for the Planet Beach

For more info, call Pure Barre at 866-7873 or Planet Beach Contempo Spa at 991-4433. • The WCCC also will host a ribbon cutting event at All-Tech Air & Filtration (35946 S.R. 54, Zephyrhills), 5 p.m., and a Business Mixer at Hyundai & Mazda of Wesley Chapel (2700 WC Blvd./S.R. 54) on Thursday, September 11, 5 p.m. For more information about WCCC membership, or about other upcoming Chamber events (including this
