Formally zoned as an industrial site used for large vehicle servicing and maintenance, the redevelopment of this former bus depot will entail the demolishment of all existing structures and the remediation of all soil contamination. Located along the eastern edge of the Bergen-Lafayette Neighborhood, this site is only steps from Jersey City’s Liberty State Park, the Liberty Science Center, and the Liberty Station Light Rail stop, which is less than a ten-minute ride to downtown Jersey City with a connection to New York City.

Enviromental Graphics / Print Design / Mapping Newark, New Jersey Project Description One Riverfront Center, known as The Legal Center, has vacancy on three floors, totally over 100,000 SF of space for lease. Located in Newark, New Jersey, the building is situated along the waterfront, with a direct connection to Penn Station. The prime space was in need of additional marketing materials to support on-going efforts by the developer and brokerage firm to attract potential tenants. Newwork was hired by Matrix Development to produce marketing elements dually focused on the vacant space in the Riverfront Center and marketing the City of Newark to the various businesses and industries. Our team designed signs, stylized floor plans, and produced maps that successfully visualized the advantages of the space and communicated the strategic value of the location and lifestyle amenities available in Newark. In addition to the print materials we developed a environmental display for the floors, consisting of 6 panels in each rotunda, one facing New York City and the other towards Newark’s downtown. The display was the focal point of an exclusive event where brokers were introduced to the space and to the advantages of relocating businesses to Newark.
