Schwarzman Building Children’s Center at 42nd Street You won’t find the real Winnie-thePooh in a movie or on a T-shirt, but you will find him—and his friends Eeyore, Piglet, Kanga, and Tigger— at The New York Public Library’s main children’s room! Anyone can visit Pooh and his pals at the Children’s Center at 42nd Street in NYPL’s landmark Schwarzman Building. Pooh, who turned 90 years old last year, originally belonged to Christopher Robin Milne. His father, author A.A.
