SPECIAL ACTIVITIES Horseback Riding* Try a guided trail ride on horseback through the woods. An hour and a half ride can be scheduled during the week for campers ages 7+ who weigh at least 50 lbs. and have a height of 50” or taller. Prior registration is required.
The New York YMCA Day Camp focuses on the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Each child enjoys safe adventures, new friendships, and joyful experiences. With 1,150 acres of pristine forest, ponds, summer outside exploring and learning about the natural environment. Our camp’s small, age–appropriate groups create a safe community for children to learn and make new friends. A hot lunch with many choices is served each day along with two healthy snacks. Our counselors are the most important part of making our community safe and healthy for your child. Each staff member must pass a drug test, a background check, and attend a week–long training on working with children. They are all well supervised by YMCA professionals.
Extended Hours* Our extended hours provide an optional hour of camp in the morning and afternoon. Campers are supervised and engaged with our staff during extended hours. Registration is required. *additional fee
CAMP OVERNIGHT for ages 12 to 13. Weeks 3 and 6, spend a night at camp with friends, evening activities.

Not only that, but we are also offering multi-week and sibling discounts for up to $50 off the original price! For every week or sibling signed up, $10 is reduced from the cost per week! We can’t wait to see you this summer!
