2018年12月26日,中国海油庆祝改革开放40周年大会在集团公司总部召开,大会以“与祖国同 行,与时代共进”为主题,热烈庆祝改革开放40周年,全面展示中国海油辉煌成就,总结公司改 革开放发展的经验和启示,为建设中国特色国际一流能源公司注入源源动力。中国海油董事长杨 华出席会议并作总结讲话。

On December 26th 2018, the conference of CNOOC celebrating the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up was held at the headquarters. Themed by “Going forward with Motherland and Times”, the conference reviewed the great changes that had taken place in China during the four decades, demonstrated the accomplishments CNOOC had made, and summarized the experience and inspiration the company had drawn from reform and opening-up, thus contributing to building a world-class energy company with Chinese characteristics. On July 2nd, COOEC Qingdao concluded the contract on constructing the MWP1 process module with Yamgaz SNC, the general contractor of Russia's Yamal LNG Project, with a contract amount of some 1.643 billion US dollars. It was the company’s largest ever overseas order, and the first LNG core process module construction project that China had ever undertaken as well. On August 16th, 2017, the Yamal Project was completed. This project not only set a precedent for Chinese enterprises independently completing the LNG core process module construction, but also renewed the world’ s safety record of single project in single site with 38.63 million safety man-hours and no accidents, and additionally, provided a sample for the construction of super LNG factories within Arctic Circle. ●11月,海油工程成功竞获沙特阿美石油公 司WASIT海上安装项目,为公司全面打开中 东市场奠定基础。

●5月19日,公司与巴西国家石油 公司签署FPSO P67/P70项目合同。 项目涉及两条30万吨级FPSO的部 分详细设计、部分采办、部分上部 模块的建造、所有的集成与调试、 运输及交付等工作。这是公司首次 直接承揽南美及巴西国油项目,也 是首次直接与国际石油公司签署境 外FPSO交付合同。2018年5月16日, 世界最大吨位级FPSO P67在青岛 顺利交付。这是国内迄今为止向外 国交付的工程量最大、最复杂、技 术要求最高的FPSO项目,其排水 量达35万吨,相当于 “辽宁号”航空 母舰的5倍。 On May 19th, 2015, COOEC entered into the contract on the FPSO P67/P70 Project with Petrobras. This project involved the partial detailed design, partial purchase, partial construction of topsides, and all work concerning integration and debugging, transportation and delivery of the two 300,000ton FPSO vessels. It was the first time that the company had directly undertaken a project in South America, and signed the overseas FPSO delivery contract with the an international oil company.On May 16th, 2018, the FPSO P67, known as the world’ s largest FPSO vessel by gross tonnage, was successfully delivered in Qingdao. It has been so far the most complicated FPSO project delivered to foreign countries with the most work amount and highest technical standards. It s displacement reaches 350,000 tons, equivalent to five times of that of the Liaoning Aircraft Carrier.

COOEC-Fluor will be built into a base for manufacturing and finally assembling deepwater offshore engineering floating products, assembling and testing underwater products, as well as providing supplies and support for the deepwater crew. ●4月17日, “蓝疆”船从深圳起航 赴文莱海域,这是中国海油海洋工 程装备首次进驻文莱海域。

On November 20th, the demolition project of Chevron plat form modules at Funan oilfield in Gulf of Thailand was completed. It was the first time for CNOOC to enter the overseas platform demolition market and the f irst step for the plat form demolition business of COOEC to go global.

On Januar y 16th, the Dangote Refinery and Petrochemicals Project, the first African engineering project of COOEC, started. Following the Euro V emission standards, this project will help CNOOC promote its high-end engineering business in the hinterland of Africa, strengthen its cooperation along the Belt and Road and improve its international competitiveness. ●5月9日,公司召开国际化变革研 讨会,从局部国际化向全面国际化转 变。
