PROJECT PROPOSAL PROJECT TITLE: VIDEO FOOTAGE REVIEW, ASSESSMENT, and POST PRODUCTION Format/Medium: Report, completed videos DESCRIPTION During the 2018 National Harm Reduction Conference in New Orleans, NEXT took video footage from harm reductionists across the country providing their own ‘tips and tricks’ around harm reduction. Due to time constraints, NEXT was unable to produce brief video tutorials as originally intended. This project will include reviewing raw footage, developing an outline of usable footage, and creating short tutorial videos from the footage. PRODUCT This project will include two work products: 1. Review and report a. Review of raw footage for usable content b. Report / outline of usable content c. Proposal for for tutorials creation 2. Creation of short tutorial videos from raw footage a. Includes transcription of all footage used in final videos for use in generating subtitles OTHER DETAILS ● Full range of video post production skills necessary for completion of project ● Must have access to video editing software ● Project proposal can incorporate multiple individuals to ensure competencies for project are met ● Some footage is in Spanish, content review and editing must include Spanish language competency
