The entire collection was designed to give our customer options when dressing, it can all be paired together to fit the style of our woman.

Where is (BLYTHE) located? (BLYTHE) is a line designed around the Metropolitan woman, the society women of the East Coast. New York City is the capitol of American fashion and (BLYTHE) is in the epicenter. The company has multiple retail locations on the East Coast with plans to expand into the Chicagoland area. What is the selling period for this collection? This collection; inspired by the Peony, not as a Spring flower, but as a representation of freshness and classic beauty; is present in stores from the beginning of November to the end of January. The collection was designed to be worn during this time period in phases, following with the changes in the seasonal weather. A correlation between fashion and functionality is the heart of (BLYTHE)’s Fall collection.

On Tables: Long Sleeve Turtlenecks Sleeveless Turtlenecks Sweater Dresses In Shelving: Leather & Fur Jackets Wool Blazers Silk Blouses Wide Legged Trousers Skater Skirts Denim (Folded) Wool Trousers (Folded) Any Cashmere Garments that didn’t fit on the tables.


(BLYTHE) Selling Space Fixtures & Decor Fixtures A, B, C, D, E 4 reflective tables will be used to display folded cashmere garments. The final reflective table will be utilized as the checkout point in the selling space. Each table will have a centerpiece of silk peonies to display the inspiration behind the collection. Centerpieces will be in a clear square vase, keeping with the simple lines of the space’s décor. Silk & Wool Rug Covering the entire selling space floor, creates a softer appearance, reminiscent of the client’s own home interior aesthetic. Battery operated candles on modern, clear candlesticks will be placed at the checkout point to create a comfortable ambience. Ceiling lighting comes from 2 chandeliers, paired with the pre-existing lighting of the selling space. Figures F, G, H, & I Wall shelves will hold hanging garments and more folded garments. Seating provided on either side of the checkout point.

Maintenance Floorplan Units on Floor: 108

All remaining stock units go onto the selling floor to fill in size gaps and replenish inventory. 2 of the 5 reflective tables removed from selling space. 1 seat removed and checkout point moved to diagonal position in corner of the selling space. 2 wall shelving units removed.

Closing Floorplan All items left over from Maintenance phase on the floor. 2 reflective tables remain in same position. 1 wall shelving unit remains to house any garments that may be hung. Checkout point remains at a diagonal in the top right of the selling floor.

Marketing Objective #1 Build Customer Loyalty

Strategy: Focus on 20 new customers to transition into brand loyal clients.

Tactics: #1 Host an exclusive event to showcase the next season’s collection. Customers who shop with (BLYTHE) will receive an invite to this event where they can enjoy a nice evening filled with fabulous fashion. #2 At the event, the client will receive a 20% discount on any purchases made at the event, or they will receive a 10% discount on any purchases made in the new collection when it is available in stores.

Marketing Objective #2 Maintain Client Loyalty & Comfort

Strategy: Allow clients to set appointments for personal shopping and styling of the collection.

Tactics: #1 Send out handwritten cards to thank clients who purchase pieces in store and offer them the opportunity to meet with our personal styling and shopping team upon their next visit to the store. #2 Keep a catalogue of prior purchases as well as a customer profile to be able to pull certain pieces that the client may prefer during their next visit.

(BLYTHE) Marketing Evaluation

The evaluation process of objective #1 will be completed through examining the number of clients who receive the invite to the event and the number of attendees. We will also evaluate the success by looking at how many customers utilize the 20% discount at the event as well as the clients who return to use the 10% discount in stores. The process will be a success if there are at least 15 clients who return and shop with (BLYTHE) again. The evaluation method of objective #2 will be completed by looking at the number of clients who respond to the letters and use the opportunity to meet with our personal shopping and styling team. The shopping team is meant to create a friendly and comfortable environment where the client can enter the shopping location and have their every need met.


(BLYTHE) Business Cards For each season, business cards will change and depict the theme for that particular season. With the evolution of the line, we want to evolve the way we are perceived, no two seasons will look alike, and neither will the business cards.

(BLYTHE) Announces Fall 2014 Collection New York, NY (DATE) – Young designer and owner of (BLYTHE), Noah Christopherson is pleased to announce the release of his new Fall/Winter 2014 collection. The collection will be featured in stores and online from November 2014 until January 2015. “I really designed this collection to flow with the changes of the weather in the fall. Everything is cohesive and made in the highest quality. I love the women who wear my clothing and I designed this collection for them,” describes Christopherson. The design house will host an opening event at Barney’s in New York City to showcase the collection and allow client’s to meet the designer. Christopherson’s design career started early in his life, leading him to pursue fashion design & business in college. His passion for quality and ethical practices lead to the creation of (BLYTHE). He wants to provide women with a one-stop-shop for all of their clothing needs. (BLYTHE) Noah Christopherson Creative Director, Designer, CEO Noah Christopherson started his design career after attending Columbia College Chicago and receiving a degree in Fashion Business. He was influenced by design houses like Alexander McQueen, Maison Martin Margiela, and Tom Ford. “I have always wanted to create an image on the outside of a person that really is a direct representation of who they are on the inside,” says Christopherson, “It is important, to me, that people don’t see fashion as something shallow or stupid, because for me, it is my lifeline. I don’t know any other path I would be on other than this one.” (BLYTHE) began when Christopherson was brainstorming ways that he could dress women through the seasons, designing each collection to be cohesive with the last, while still standing on it’s own. “(BLYTHE) shouldn’t look like a different brand every season, I want my collections to mix and allow women to create a year long wardrobe out of my clothing.”
