All elements are designed to create harmony with the site and architecture, and flow and intuitive moment through the beauty of aquatic curves and arcs, The design language is fluid, organic and graceful. It tells a story about a sanctury of the soul which is called Aquatic Santuary, an adventure of light from Sea to Sky, every inch is cultivated, refined, tailored and exquiste.

We bring the outside in and to make the design feel as if it grows out of the earth, a tropical celebration of dense botanic elements , a lush rich home for the guests to get lost in and or have a wild party.

PTW to develop Van Hai phase II which provides the 150 units most luxury villas (150 units) and more public / private Exclusive facilities exclusive facilities. Wetland and canals The site is landscape a perfect combination of water body, protective forest and central low-level area which has similarity with the coastal wetland, a unique feature of Van Don Island. Developing those strengths, Variety of villa types are arranged along the low-level area, floated above wetland cells, providing different oases of calm away from hectic daily life.
Guests can dive in diverse wetland landscape changing throughout the year due to varied water level between dry/flood season, share experiences of natural ecosystem, enjoy many exclusive services in MICE, specialty restaurants, beach front clubhouse, health and wellness house, rock bar, retail and gallery or join youth activities in the public activities center… The design contributed greatly to a much-enhanced vision for the socio-economic development of the whole North island as an exclusive resort complex and helped to push the planning approval.
