ZONING PROJECT FOR TOURIST & RESIDENTIAL AREA SECTOR: Urban Planning Project LOCATION: Dankia Lake - Lam Dong Provice SCALE: 276,6 Ha The land is located at LacDuong Province that is the north of Da Lat city belong to tourism triangle systern DaLat - LacDuong Nha Trang. With cool climate all year around and fantastic landscape, There is great potential for the tourism and environmental development because of the city’s special topography and absence of big environmental pollution sources such as factories... Following the vision of The Regional Government of Lac Duong Province, DanKia lake area will be developed an environmentally sensitive residential, recreation and touristic. A project would preserve and enhance the landscape of lake and its surrounding regions is very necessary.

Indigenous characteristics are always a great inspiration for architects to create special spaces. In Dankia Lake, the combination of long-standing traditional culture of the ethnic minorities and the mountainous landscape will create a special tourist area to attract tourists to create motivation for local economic development. Therefore, during the design and construction process, it is necessary to carefully study and select appropriate solutions to limit the disruption of natural hilly landscape and retain typical landscape values.

VISION: Residential areas shall combine indigenous cultural tourism and complex tourism on the basis of respecting and promoting the region’s natural conditions towards sustainable development and unique identities. RESORT AREA MASTER PLAN Diverse types of tourist attractions based on local intangible intangible values. The types of tourism oriented development are resort tourism combining beauty and health care, lakeside resort tourism combined with water sports experience to bring many interesting experiences for visitors, mingling into nature. The location of the separated tourist resort ensures the resort space and does not affect the existing residential area. GENERAL PLANNING PROJECT THANH MY DISTRIC SECTOR: Urban Planning Project LOCATION: Thanh My Distric - Lam Dong Provice SCALE: 124 Ha the planning area is part of the center of Thanh My town, located to the east as an administrative center. The area has a favorable position for linking with the remaining communes in Don Duong district. In addition, the area adjacent to Highway 27 is an important transport route to the surrounding areas, so it is very convenient for construction and urban development.

LIBRARY SECTOR: Architectural Project LOCATION: HoChiMinh City SCALE: 1.500 m² The idea comes from origrami subject of Japanese. Library with folding roof like a paper crane brings the beautiful knowleges to everyone. The reading rooms is researched carefully to certain enought the natural ROOF lighting, readers in library will have many difference experiens with green spaces and open spaces in here.

SUPERMARKET SECTOR: Architectural Project LOCATION: HoChiMinh City SCALE: 5.600 m² The mall project combines a farmer’s market with the desire to retain a part of traditional local farmers’ market. Therefore, the design should be clever so that the spaces do not cross-grow to ensure the traditional and modern trading activities take place in harmony with each other, the agricultural market is separated in an accessible position. Because of the location of the land at the intersection, the idea of green space on the roof will create a focal point for the landscape and create a space for the building.

The planning area is located in My Quy Tay commune, Duc Hue district, which has high development potential. Convenient residential area connected to main roads such as Provincial Road DT 838 connecting the area with Tho Mo National Border Gate is a favorable condition for the formation of a new residential area. Green trees isolated two roads DT 838 to create a landscape park contributing to improving the value of residential areas, two blocks adjacent to the park, two-storey shophouses to enhance the use value. Thang Long Home Residential Project is one of the typical projects in the district, contributing to meeting local housing needs, creating urban landscape. The project includes items of low-rise housing, high-rise apartment buildings with commercial, public works and transport infrastructure, green parks. In particular, the apartment complex is located to the north and west of the land, adjacent to TL25B and 14 roads to highlight the main road of the provincial road 25B, with an elevated metro route.

In order to meet the medical examination and treatment needs of people in the province and surrounding areas, the total planning of the hospital area is as follows: Works with main roads facing the existing main road, with entrance gates located on inter-district roads, convenient for emergency and travel of officials and employees and people coming for medical examination and treatment. The work is divided into 3 main functional areas: hospital area (500 beds), hotel and resort area (300 beds), auxiliary technology area. Surrounding the building blocks are accompanying technical service works and internal transport system, and also for fire engines to operate in the event of an incident.

HIDDEN FOREST RESORT SECTOR: Urban Planning Project LOCATION: Hon Ba, Con Dao island, Ba Ria Vung Tau Province SCALE: 19,8 Ha PHASE: Concept Design MY ROLE: - Research informations about plan, site study. - Doing Concept master plan. - Doing Caculation Table. - Doing Presentation. LANDSCAPE SCHEME The project is located on the Hon Ba Strait in the Con Son archipelago. An island not only of historical significance for Lord Nguyen Anh and Phi Phi Phi Phi Yen, this is also a land of diverse mangrove ecosystems with lots of rare flora and fauna. With the intention of building a resort with “sea of forest flavor” mingling with nature, the design limits the impact on the environment, respects and preserves the natural values. Resort hidden in the forest will bring many interesting experiences for visitors.

The planning area is located next to the center of the East of the City with the main traffic routes such as Hanoi Highway, Tran Nao Street, Luong Dinh Cua Street, Mai Chi Tho Street, ... is one of the highlights. The view of the Eastern gateway into the city creates a convenient connection with the surrounding areas. ART FOR KIDS ABOUT PROJECT: Art for kids is a project to renovate the playground for children in disadvantaged areas annually organized by Huynh Tan Phat Scholarship Fund. In order to provide a safe, healthy and creative playing environment for children and create electricity for students to participate in implementing practical projects that are useful to the community. MY EXPERIENCES: Joining the project gives me a lot of interesting experiences with students and with the children. The project actually creates a meaningful product so I am very happy to contribute to bringing children a safe and healthy playground. Through the project, I trained many skills such as teamwork, creative thinking and communication with people around.

mASEANa WORKSHOP ABOUT THE WORKSHOP: mASEANa (modern ASEAN architecture) Project, initiated in 2015, is designed to operate for six years until 2020. Within the defined period local and foreign architects, researches, politicians and citizens are called to think together and take action on modern architecture in Southeast Asia. MY EXPERIENCES: I participated as one of the students in the survey group, studying information about modern architectural works in the city. Attending the workshop, I had the opportunity to learn and expand my knowledge of modern architecture such as identity, design language, material characteristics ... through the guidance of teachers and other students. in the group. After three months of working, in addition to professional knowledge, I also trained teamwork skills, survey skills, presentation skills and have been conveyed by valuable professors and intensive research teachers. .

FIELD WORKSHOP ABOUT THE WORKSHOP: The intensive 11 day - long investigation with 40 international (hailing from 12 countries) and Vietnamese students focused on interpretative mapping and the posting of design research questions for three 5x5 kilometer peri-urban sites: Cai Rang, Phong Dien and O Mon - Co Do. The objective was to pose site-specific questions in relation to new forms of development which can adapt to the predicted consequences of climate change. MY EXPERIENCES: Attending the field workshop I was like taking a short-term study abroad course, I was working with international students with interesting research and working methods. The seminar has brought me many valuable experiences and expertise and great friends. Besides, I recognize the value as well as the challenges that the Mekong Delta faces in order to improve the professional knowledge to contribute to solving practical issues while doing the profession.

EDITING COMPANY PROFILE MY EXPERIENCES: Participating in the editing of company competencies helped me to better understand the process of construction and development as well as the company’s strategy. The process of profiling is an opportunity for me to practice my presentation, layout and printing skills. I had the opportunity to try and practice the InDesign layout software, which helped me a lot in preparing the presentation for her later. I am very happy and proud to be a true member of the company and to contribute to the process of building the company to grow more and more.
