Ealing Schools Cross Country Champs

On Wednesday 22nd March, three teams of runners from Years 7-11 took part in the Ealing Schools Cross Country Relay Championships at Perivale In this event one runner from each year between Year 7-11, runs one leg of the race, each passing onto the next person in the year above We had won this event for the past 7 years, so everyone was eager to maintain this winning streak and retain the trophy for another year! With the original course being flooded due to the rain, everyone ran a slightly different course but still of the same distance of 15km The 'A' Race was incredibly tense to watch with us fluctuating from between 1st and 2nd place all the way up until the final leg where Nicola stormed her leg to lead us to victory!
