Attendees will learn about current research and clinical perspectives on the impact of skeletal muscle on human health, and how nutrition influences this. New Frontiers in Fibre - British Nutrition Foundation half-day symposium 29th January 2015 - 12.30 to 16.30 This insightful half-day event will explore the relationship between fibre and health and will include individual presentations by experts in the field followed by a facilitated Q&A panel discussion. The symposium will look at emerging research on the role of fibre and novel fibres in mineral absorption, immunity, cardiovascular disease and obesity. It will also cover the implications of increasing fibre in the diet generally and in certain clinical groups.
