Provide fluid intake advice to patients over 50 on an opportunistic basis

Patient Education - Patients given preventative advice, particularly the elderly, housebound, those living alone or who have continence issues may help prevent emergency admissions for UTIs and constipation.

Outcome measure: Advice to be given 8 times per 1000 patients registered at practice, during home visits or surgery attendance between 8th October 2012 and 28th February 2013: 1.
