OUR EXPERIENCES
If you are choosing to bring people together for a reason, don’t limit them to hours of tedious note-taking and anxious fidgeting. Instead, set them free from the day’s doings by planning experiences that unleash a different kind of productivity. Niagara Falls, the spectacle your delegates will grow accustomed to seeing every day, serves as both the starting point and the main source of inspiration for your off-site activities.
Up in the air or down on the water, under the stars or surrounded by lights, energy levels are at their highest in Canada’s top leisure destination.
Keep minds moving and appetites craving as your group learns to appreciate the natural wonders of a region ripe for exploration. Recreational trails perfect for hiking and cycling also double as your route to an internationally acclaimed food and wine scene. In the culinary capital that is Niagara, meaningful conversations take place in the vineyard, where the local tastes are as seasonal as they are authentic. At any time of year, make your delegate outings feel like a private retreat with excursions to some of the most immersive environments around. After all, the more opportunities there are to build lasting relationships, the better off your team will be.
OUR REGION
CLIMATE Niagara is a peninsular region with two Great Lakes and inclusion in Ontario’s Greenbelt. Its unique climatic environment, shielded by the Niagara Escarpment (UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve), gives way to some of the best agricultural growing conditions.
COMMERCE Sharing a border with the United States has helped make Niagara one of the busiest economic trade corridors in North America. This is all made possible thanks to a diverse network of transport infrastructure and a central location in the Great Lakes Megalopolis.
CULINARY The distinct microclimates and soil conditions found throughout the region have allowed vintners to produce award-winning wines for almost 50 years. Paired with a culinary scene that’s exploding by the minute, eating and drinking well are simply a way of life in Niagara.
INDUSTRY Situated in the midst of the country’s industrial heartland, Niagara ranks among the top 10 in North America for competitive manufacturing. As an agricultural giant with close to 2,000 cash crop and greenhouse operations, our region also produces the most wine in all of Canada.
INNOVATION Niagara continues to climb the ladder and reach new heights with its industry-driven research initiatives, go-getter talent pools, and game-changing entrepreneurial hubs. Our list of competitive advantages, topped by a strong advanced manufacturing sector, is one that most communities would envy.
