“The Strategic Management concentration is an opportunity for students to understand how an organization’s mission and goals both impact and are supported by management practices. Students’ knowledge about these critical relationships allows them to be more impactful in their decisions and work, which lead to greater organizational and career success. From this perspective, my courses are designed to develop my students’ knowledge of the field, self-awareness, and managerial skills so that they may engage in high-impact practices that support strategic management.
